Abstract

Claims (27)
- (a)電極支持体と、
(b)前記電極支持体上に配置されると共に導電性材料上に配置された作用インクを含む作用電極である第1の電極と、
(c)前記電極支持体上に配置されると共に参照電極である第2の電極と、
(d)前記電極支持体上に配置されると共に導電性材料を含む対電極である第3の電極とを有する、バイオセンサストリップ。 - 前記参照電極は、参照インクを含む請求項1に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記参照電極は、導電性材料を含む請求項1に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記参照電極は、前記導電性材料上に配置された作用インクを含む請求項3に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記作用インクは、酵素及びメディエータを含む請求項1に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記酵素は、ブドウ糖酸化酵素及びブドウ糖脱水素酵素からなる群から選択される請求項5に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記メディエータは、フェリシアン化塩である請求項5に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記メディエータは、フェロセン又はその誘導体である請求項5に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記メディエータは、フェナントロリンキノン又はその誘導体である請求項5に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記電極上に包囲空間を画定するカバー層を含み、前記カバー層は、前記包囲空間内にサンプルを受け入れるための開口を有する請求項1に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記カバー層と前記電極との間の包囲空間内に配置された少なくとも1つのメッシュ層を含む請求項10に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記対電極は、液体サンプルが前記対電極に接触する前に前記作用電極と前記参照電極に接触するように前記作用電極と前記参照電極に対して配置される請求項1に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- (a)請求項1のバイオセンサストリップを準備するステップと、
(b)前記バイオセンサストリップに前記生物学的液体を供給するステップと、
(c)前記バイオセンサストリップをアナライトモニターに挿入するステップと、
(d)前記参照電極に関して作用電極に電圧を印加するステップと、
(e)前記作用電極と前記対電極との間に流れる電流を測定するステップと、
(f)前記アナライトの濃度に測定された電流を関連させるステップとを含む、生物学的な流体のサンプルのアナライトの濃度を決定する方法。 - (a)電極支持体と、
(b)カバー層と、
(c)前記電極支持体と前記カバー層との間に配置されたスペーサ層と、
(d)作用電極であり、導電性材料上に配置される作用インクを含む第1の電極と、
(e)参照電極である第2の電極と、
(f)対電極であり、導電性材料を含む第3の電極とを有し、前記第1の電極の電極支持主面は、前記第2の電極支持体の電極支持面に面している、バイオセンサストリップ。 - 前記参照電極は、参照インクを含む請求項14に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記参照電極は、導電性材料を含む請求項14に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記参照電極は、前記導電性材料上に配置された作用インクを含む請求項16に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記作用インクは、酵素及びメディエータを含む請求項14に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記酵素は、ブドウ糖酸化酵素及びブドウ糖脱水素酵素からなる群から選択される請求項18に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記メディエータは、フェリシアン化塩である請求項18に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記メディエータは、フェロセン又はその誘導体である請求項18に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記メディエータは、フェナントロリンキノン又はその誘導体である請求項18に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記スペーサ層は、接着剤を含む請求項14に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記接着剤は感圧接着剤である請求項23に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記3つの電極のうち少なくとも1つの電極は、前記電極支持体上に配置され、前記残りの2つの電極のうち少なくとも1つの電極は、前記カバー層上に配置される請求項14に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記対電極は、液体サンプルが前記対電極に接触する前に前記作用電極と前記参照電極に接触するように前記作用電極と前記参照電極に対して配置される請求項14に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- (a)請求項14のバイオセンサストリップを準備するステップと、
(b)前記生物学的流体を前記バイオセンサストリップに加えるステップと、
(c)前記バイオセンサストリップをアナライトモニターに挿入するステップと、
(d)前記参照電極に対して作用電極に電圧を印加するステップと、
(e)前記作用電極と前記対電極との間に流れる電流を測定するステップと、
(f)前記アナライトの濃度に対して測定された電流を関連づけるステップとを含む、生物学的な液体のサンプル内のアナライトの濃度を決定する方法。
