Abstract
Description
−前記炭化ケイ素は、メジアン径が200μm未満、好ましくは100μm未満である粒子の形態で存在する。有利には、前記炭化ケイ素は、特に高温時のフィルターの周囲状況、接着部の熱伝導性及び剛性に対する化学的な抵抗を改善する。
−前記セメントは、存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で、適合させる触媒を有することがある、少なくとも0.05%、好ましくは少なくとも0.1%、さらに好ましくは少なくとも0.2%、及び/又は、5%未満の熱硬化性樹脂を含む。有利には、熱硬化性樹脂の存在によって、有利には石灰ベースの水硬性の結合剤の量を限定することも可能になる接着部または周囲のコーティングの機械的強度が、特に低温で改善される。従って、フィルタリングブロックに対するそれらの用途における接着部または周囲のコーティングの寿命が増加する。さらに、機械的強度のこの改善によって、セラミック繊維の存在なしに行い及び/又は炭化ケイ素含有量を増加させることができる。
−前記熱硬化性樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、フェノール樹脂及びポリエステル樹脂から選択される。
−前記セメントは、セラミック繊維を含まない。
−前記セメントは、存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で、0.1から2%、好ましくは0.5重量%の分散剤を含む。
−前記炭化ケイ素含有量は、存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で、60%を超える。
−前記炭化ケイ素、アルミナ及びシリカは、存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量で、0.5%未満の石灰(CaO)含有量を有する。有利には、この低い石灰含有量は、セメントの特性に有害ではない。
−前記セメントは、在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で、5から25%の、好ましくは10から25%の、好ましくは焼成されたアルミナの含有量、及び/又は、1から15%の、好ましくは3から10%の、好ましくはシリカスモークの形態のシリカの含有量を有する。
−前記セメントの組成は、中空球を含まないが、在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で、30から90%の炭化ケイ素(SiC)含有量、及び/又は、1から50%のアルミナ(Al2O3)含有量、及び/又は、1から50%のシリカ(SiO2)含有量を有する。
− 一部分は、重量で中空球の70%に相当し、110μm超、好ましくは120μm超、及び/又は、150μm未満、好ましくは140ミクロン未満、好ましくは約130μmのメジアン径を有し、
− 一部分は、重量で中空球の30%に相当し、35μm超、好ましくは40μm超、及び/又は、55μm未満、好ましくは50ミクロン未満、好ましくは約45μmのメジアン径を有する。
−樹脂、セルロース、または、カルボキシメチルセルロース、デキストリン、ポリビニルアルコールなどのリグノン(lignone)誘導体の一時的な有機結合剤(すなわち、熱処理中に完全に又は部分的に除去される);
−リン酸、一リン酸塩アルミニウムなどの化学的結合剤;
−二酸化チタンまたは水酸化マグネシウムなどの焼結促進剤;
−カルシウムまたはマグネシウムステアリン酸塩などの成形剤。
−必要であれば分散剤を有する粉末及び粒子の2分間の乾燥練り込み、
−次いで、場合によって結合剤(多糖)及び必要であれば触媒を有する水の添加、
−次いで、接着モルタル用途に十分な堅さが得られるまで10分間の練り込み。

Claims (20)
- 特に自動車の内燃機関の排気ガス粒子をフィルタリングするためのフィルタリング体の複数のフィルターブロックを共に固定するためのセメント、または、このようなフィルタリング体における周囲のコーティングとして使用されるセメントであって、前記セメントは、存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で、30から90%の炭化ケイ素(SiC)と、少なくとも3%の中空球と、を有し、前記中空球の数で少なくとも80%が5から150μmの大きさを有することを特徴とするセメント。
- 前記中空球は、重量による百分率において全体で少なくとも99%で、20から99%のシリカ(SiO2)及び1から80%のアルミナ(Al2O3)を有する、請求項1に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率として表される、少なくとも5%の前記中空球を含む、請求項1または2に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率として表される、0.5%未満の石灰(CaO)含有量を有する、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 前記炭化ケイ素は、メジアン径が200μm未満である粒子の形態で存在する、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で少なくとも0.05%及び/又は5%未満の熱硬化性樹脂を含む、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で60%を超える炭化ケイ素を含む、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- セラミック繊維を含まない、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 前記炭化ケイ素、アルミナ及びシリカは、存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で少なくとも95%に相当する、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で40%未満の水含有量を有する、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 存在し得る水及び存在し得る無機樹脂は別として前記無機材料の重量に対する重量による百分率で、中空球を含有せずに、30%から90%の炭化ケイ素(SiC)含有量、及び/又は、1から50%のアルミナ(Al2O3)含有量、及び/又は1から50%のシリカ(SiO2)含有量を有する、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 前記中空球のメジアン径と前記炭化ケイ素の粒子のメジアン径との比(R)は、0.1超及び/又は30未満を示す、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 前記比(R)は、0.2超で10未満である、請求項12に記載のセメント。
- 前記比(R)は、0.5超で2未満である、請求項13に記載のセメント。
- 前記比(R)は、0.6超で1.9未満である、請求項14に記載のセメント。
- 前記中空球のメジアン径は、80から160μmであり、及び/又は、前記炭化ケイ素粒子のメジアン径は、50μmから150μmである、請求項1から15の何れか一項に記載のセメント。
- 前記中空球のメジアン径は、100から140μmであり、及び/又は、前記炭化ケイ素粒子のメジアン径は、80μmから100μmである、請求項16に記載のセメント。
- 前記中空球は、重量における全体で100%において、以下の2つの部分によって分けられる、請求項1から17の何れか一項に記載のセメント:
− 第1部分は、重量で中空球の70%に相当し、110μm超で150μm未満のメジアン径を有し、
− 第2部分は、重量で中空球の30%に相当し、35μm超で55μm未満のメジアン径を有する。 - フィルターブロック間に挿入される少なくとも1つの接着部によって共に固定され、前記フィルターブロック間の前記排気ガスの通路に対向するように形付けられた複数のフィルターブロックを有する、特に自動車の内燃機関の排気ガス粒子フィルター用のフィルタリング体であって、
前記接着部は、請求項1から18の何れか一項に記載のセメントの熱処理によって得られ、
前記フィルタリング体は、請求項1から18の何れか一項に記載のセメントの熱処理によって得られる周囲のコーティング(27’)を有することを特徴とするフィルタリング体。 - 請求項1から18の何れか一項に記載のセメントの熱処理によって得られる周囲のコーティング(27’)を有する、特に自動車の内燃機関の排気ガス粒子フィルター用の単一ブロックのフィルタリング体。
