Claims (21)
- プロセス流体の圧力を測定するための圧力トランスミッタアセンブリであって、
圧力センサと、
プロセスインタフェース側部に沿ってプロセス流体に連結するように構成され、前記プロセスインタフェース側部に対向する隔離キャビティを画定する隔離ダイヤフラムを含む隔離ダイヤフラムアセンブリと、
前記隔離ダイヤフラムによって画定された前記隔離キャビティから前記圧力センサまで延び、隔離充填流体を担持するように構成され、それによって、前記隔離ダイヤフラムに加えられた圧力を前記圧力センサへ移す導管と、
前記隔離ダイヤフラムアセンブリを担持するように構成され、熱隔離を提供するために切欠部分を有する隔離ダイヤフラム連結フランジと、
を備える圧力トランスミッタアセンブリ。 - 前記切欠部分が材料除去プロセスによって形成される請求項1の装置。
- 前記切欠部分が成形プロセスによって形成される請求項1の装置。
- 複数の切欠部分を含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記切欠部分が前記隔離ダイヤフラム連結フランジの側面に形成される請求項1の装置。

- 前記第1の隔離ダイヤフラムアセンブリと実質的に同じ平面に設けられる第2の隔離ダイヤフラムアセンブリを含む請求項10の装置。
- トランスミッタモジュールを前記隔離ダイヤフラム連結フランジに結合し、それらの間を熱隔離するトランスミッタサポートを含む請求項1の装置。

を備える方法。 - 前記切欠部分を材料除去プロセスによって形成することを含む請求項13の方法。
- 前記切欠部分を成形プロセスによって形成することを含む請求項13の方法。
- 複数の切欠部分を設けることを含む請求項13の方法。
- 前記切欠部分が隔離ダイヤフラム連結フランジで埋められる請求項13の方法。
- 前記切欠部分を熱絶縁材料で満たすことを含む請求項13の方法。
