Abstract
緩衝の少なくとも1つは、ポンプ容器の壁(4)の方へ外側に半径方向において心棒に取り付けられる薄板バネ(9)で構成される。心棒は、縦方向の振動のため、電磁石(7)からの磁場によって駆動され、対応する往復運動で膜を動かす磁性材料で構成される。薄板バネ(9)は内側のおよび少なくとも1つの外側の部分で構成され、その外側の部分はポンプ容器および心棒(13)の内側の部分に取り付けられる。これらの部分は、バネが心棒(13)に取り付けられる点の各々の側面に配置される2つの弾性脚部によって互いに連結される。

Claims (11)
- ポンプ容器の内部の少なくとも1つの吸入口および少なくとも1つの放出口に少なくとも1つのポンプ室(15)が形成され、
該ポンプ容器の切妻と該ポンプ容器の壁に連結する少なくとも1つの完全に密封された膜(14)との間で区切られるポンプ室(15)から構成される液体またはガスを注入するための電磁駆動膜ポンプであって、
該膜は、該ポンプ容器の軸方向に運転する心棒(13)に取り付けられ、
該心棒は、少なくとも2つの該心棒の縦方向に分離された緩衝において吊るされ、
該緩衝の少なくとも1つは、該ポンプ容器の壁(4)の方へ放射方向に動作し取り付けられる該心棒に取り付けられる薄板バネ(9)で構成され、
該心棒は、その縦方向の振動のため、電磁石(7)からの磁場によって駆動される磁性材料から部分的または完全に構成されまたは含みまたは担持し、該膜を対応する往復運動で動かす、液体またはガスを注入するための電磁駆動膜ポンプであって、
該薄板バネ(9)が、内側および少なくとも1つの外側の部分で構成され、該外側の部分は、該ポンプ容器および該心棒(13)の該内側の部分に取り付けられ、該バネが該心棒(13)に取り付けられる点の反対側に配置する2つの弾性脚部によって互いに固定され、
代替的には、該薄板バネ(9)が、1つの内側および少なくとも1つの外側の部分で構成され、前記外側の部分は、該ポンプ容器および該心棒(13)の該内側の部分に取り付けられ、該バネが該心棒(13)に取り付けられる点周辺で配置する少なくとも3つの弾性脚部によって互いに固定される、ことを特徴とする電磁駆動膜ポンプ。 - 前記心棒の前記緩衝のうちの1つは前記膜で構成され、少なくとも1つの他の第2の緩衝は薄板バネで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
- 前記心棒の前記緩衝のうちの1つは薄板バネで構成され、第2の緩衝は薄板バネで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
- 前記薄板バネは偶数の量の脚部を有し、該脚部のうち半分は、他の半分に関して反転されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
- 前記薄板バネは4つの脚部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
- 前記脚部は、各々の側面が比較的短い部分(22)および(23)によって連結される比較的長い部分(16)で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
- 前記薄板バネはばね鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
- 前記薄板バネは弾性プラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
- 前記薄板バネは弾性合成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
- 前記吸入口および前記放出口は逆止め弁を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
- 前記電磁石は中空であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の電磁駆動膜ポンプ。
