  8. 細胞がNanogを内在的に発現する、請求項1記載の方法。
  9. Nanogを内在的に発現する細胞におけるNanogの発現を上方調節する方法であって、細胞をMEK阻害剤で処理することを含む方法。
  10. 細胞が哺乳動物である、請求項9記載の方法。
  11. 哺乳動物細胞がマウスまたはヒトのものである、請求項10記載の方法。
  12. 細胞が神経幹細胞である、請求項9記載の方法。
  13. MEK阻害剤がPD184352である、請求項9記載の方法。
  14. 哺乳動物の体細胞の核を哺乳動物のレシピエント細胞に移植して核移植細胞を形成させ、次いで前記核移植細胞をMEK阻害剤で処理することを含む、核移植の方法。
  15. レシピエント細胞が卵母細胞である、請求項14記載の方法。
  16. レシピエント細胞が除核された卵母細胞である、請求項14記載の方法。
