Abstract
【解決手段】室温で液状であるエポキシ樹脂、潜在性硬化剤、高熱伝導性充填剤および非イオン性界面活性剤を含有する高熱伝導性エポキシ樹脂系組成物。好ましくは、潜在性硬化剤が室温で液状であるエポキシ樹脂と、その少なくとも一部を混合させてマスターバッチ化して用いられる。

Description
ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂(ADEKA製品アデカレジンEP4901) 50重量部
ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂(ジャパンエポキシレジン製品828) 50 〃
非イオン性界面活性剤(ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル; 30 〃
花王製品エマルゲン106、HLB 10.5)
酸化アルミニウム(昭和電工製品AS-50) 750 〃
アミンアダクト系潜在性硬化剤(味の素ファインテクノ製品 15 〃
アミキュアーPN-23)
アミンアダクト系潜在性硬化剤(味の素ファインテクノ製品 10 〃
アミキュアーPN-40)
以上の各成分の内、2種のエポキシ樹脂および界面活性剤の混合物に、酸化アルミニウムの添加による発熱を50℃以下に抑えながら充填剤を添加し、次いで2種の潜在性硬化剤を加えてエポキシ樹脂系組成物を調製した。
貯蔵安定性:20℃で1週間貯蔵したときの安定性を目視で判定
若干流動性を保持しているものを○、粘度上昇がみられたものを△、固 まっているものを×と評価
加熱時硬化性:80℃で1時間加熱したもの(硬化物の熱伝導率はすべて2.3W/m°K)に ついて、硬化性を目視または指触によって判定
完全に硬化しているものを○、指触でべと付きのあるものを△、固ま らないものを×と評価
実施例1において、非イオン性界面活性剤として、花王製品エマルゲン123P(ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル;HLB 16.9)が同量用いられた。
実施例1において、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂量が25重量部に変更され、減量された25重量部の内、15重量部は潜在性硬化剤アミキュアーPN-23 15重量部と混合し、40℃で1日以上放置した潜在性硬化剤マスターバッチとして、また10重量部は潜在性硬化剤アミキュアーPN-40 10重量部と混合し、40℃で1日以上放置した潜在性硬化剤マスターバッチとしてそれぞれ用いられた。
実施例2において、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂量が25重量部に変更され、減量された25重量部の内、15重量部は潜在性硬化剤アミキュアーPN-23 15重量部と混合し、40℃で1日以上放置した潜在性硬化剤マスターバッチとして、また10重量部は潜在性硬化剤アミキュアーPN-40 10重量部と混合し、40℃で1日以上放置した潜在性硬化剤マスターバッチとしてそれぞれ用いられた。
実施例1において、非イオン性界面活性剤の代りに、同量の高分子量分散剤(楠本化成製品DA325;ポリエーテルリン酸エステルのアミン塩、酸価14、アミン価20)が用いられた。
実施例1において、非イオン性界面活性剤の代りに、同量の湿潤分散剤(ビックケミー・ジャパン製品W996;酸性基を有するコポリマー溶液、酸価71mgKOH/g)が用いられた。
実施例1において、非イオン性界面活性剤の代りに、同量の湿潤分散剤(ビックケミー・ジャパン製品W9010;酸性基を有するコポリマー溶液、酸価129mgKOH/g)が用いられた。
実施例1において、非イオン性界面活性剤の代りに、同量のメタクリル酸誘導体(共栄社化学製品ライトエステルM;機能性モノマー・オリゴマー)が用いられた。
比較例1において、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂量が25重量部に変更され、減量された25重量部の内、15重量部は潜在性硬化剤アミキュアーPN-23 15重量部と混合し、40℃で1日以上放置した潜在性硬化剤マスターバッチとして、また10重量部は潜在性硬化剤アミキュアーPN-40 10重量部と混合し、40℃で1日以上放置した潜在性硬化剤マスターバッチとしてそれぞれ用いられた。
比較例2において、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂量が25重量部に変更され、減量された25重量部の内、15重量部は潜在性硬化剤アミキュアーPN-23 15重量部と混合し、40℃で1日以上放置した潜在性硬化剤マスターバッチとして、また10重量部は潜在性硬化剤アミキュアーPN-40 10重量部と混合し、40℃で1日以上放置した潜在性硬化剤マスターバッチとしてそれぞれ用いられた。

Claims (7)
- 室温で液状であるエポキシ樹脂、潜在性硬化剤、高熱伝導性充填剤および非イオン性界面活性剤を含有してなる高熱伝導性エポキシ樹脂系組成物。
- 潜在性硬化剤が加水分解型潜在性硬化剤、熱潜在性硬化剤または光硬化開始剤である請求項1記載の高熱伝導性エポキシ樹脂系組成物。
- 潜在性硬化剤が室温で液状であるエポキシ樹脂とのマスターバッチとして用いられた請求項1または2記載の高熱伝導性エポキシ樹脂系組成物。
- 非イオン性界面活性剤がポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテルである請求項1記載の高熱伝導性エポキシ樹脂系組成物。
- コーティング剤として用いられる請求項1記載の高熱伝導性エポキシ樹脂系組成物。
- 接着剤として用いられる請求項1記載の高熱伝導性エポキシ樹脂系組成物。
- 請求項1記載の高熱伝導性エポキシ樹脂系組成物を硬化せしめて得られる高放熱性部品。
