Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat insulating container that retains and stores a liquid, and particularly to a heat insulating container that retains and retains coolant for a vehicle engine.
Conventional heat insulation for storing engine coolant for vehicles (long life coolant: hereinafter referred to as LLC), and circulating the heat-retained LLC to the engine to promote engine warm-up As a container, a heat storage tank (insulated container) is known that includes an inner cylinder that stores liquid and an outer cylinder that houses the inner cylinder and forms a heat insulating space in a vacuum state between the inner cylinder and the inner cylinder ( Patent Document 1).
Such a heat insulating container is required to have a heat insulation performance to maintain the LLC heated by the preheating of the engine at a high temperature until the next engine start in order to improve fuel efficiency at the time of engine start. It has been adopted.
In recent years, there has been a demand for a reduction in manufacturing costs accompanying a reduction in vehicle costs. Moreover, since such a heat insulation container is installed in an engine room, not only the space of the space installed by a vehicle model changes, but the space is also limited.
In view of this situation, it is conceivable to form the inner container used for the heat insulating container from a synthetic resin from the viewpoint of easy moldability and low cost. However, there is a concern that the liquid stored in the inner container passes between the synthetic resin molecules of the inner container and volatilizes in the heat insulating space, thereby impairing the function of vacuum insulation. For this reason, the structure (gas barrier structure) which coat | covers the outer periphery of an inner container with a gas barrier layer is needed.
For such a gas barrier layer, a metal layer may be formed on the surface of an inner container made of synthetic resin by a known means such as plating, sputtering, or thermal spraying. There is a concern that the plating may peel off.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention has an object to provide a heat insulating container including an inner container that does not peel off even when a metal layer is formed on the surface of the inner container made of synthetic resin. And
In order to achieve the above object, a first invention is a heat insulating container for storing and retaining a liquid, and includes an inner container provided with an inflow / outlet portion of the liquid, a sheet-like exterior material that accommodates the inner container, A heat insulating material is sealed between the container and the exterior material to form a reduced pressure state, and the inner container is composed of an inner layer made of a resin and an outer layer containing a resin and an inorganic filler. A layer is formed.
A second invention is the heat insulating container characterized in that the inorganic filler is a ceramic, and a concave portion formed by elution of the ceramic is present on the surface of the outer layer.
A third invention is the heat insulating container, wherein the inorganic filler is a metal, and the metal filler exposed on the surface of the outer layer is bonded to the metal layer.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the inner layer of the inner container further includes a reinforcing fiber.
5th invention is a manufacturing method of the heat insulation container which heat-retains a liquid, Comprising: The inner container which is equipped with the inflow-outlet part of a liquid and consists of the inner layer which consists of resin, and the outer layer containing resin and an inorganic filler is shape | molded A step of forming a metal layer on the surface of the inner container, a step of coating the inner container with the metal layer formed on the surface with a heat insulating material, and a sheet-shaped outer covering of the inner container covered with the heat insulating material. A step of covering, and a step of sealing the heat insulation space after decompressing the heat insulation space formed between the inner container and the exterior material.
The present invention has the following effects.
(1) When the inner container is composed of an inner layer made of a resin and an outer layer containing a resin and an inorganic filler, the thermal expansion coefficient of the outer layer can be reduced. That is, it is expected that the outer layer functions as a buffer material that relaxes the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the inner layer and the metal layer, thereby preventing the metal layer from peeling off.
(2) When ceramics are employed as the inorganic filler, the surface can be easily roughened by eluting the ceramics, and a highly adhesive metal layer can be formed on the roughened outer layer surface. Or when a metal is employ | adopted as an inorganic filler, the metal exposed to the surface of an inner container and a metal layer can couple | bond together, and a metal layer with high adhesiveness can be formed in the outer layer surface.
(3) Since there is no inorganic filler in the inner layer of the inner container, a highly reactive chemical solution can be stored in the inner container.
Embodiment of the heat insulation container of this invention is described. FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a heat insulating container in which a liquid inflow / outflow port portion is integrated with a partition portion.

The gas barrier structure of the heat insulating container according to the present invention is a structure of a gas barrier layer formed between the

In addition, the
In addition to the resin, reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers may be added to the
Furthermore, since there is no ceramic filler or metal filler in the

Further, in the present invention, since the

The material of the adhesive layer is not particularly limited as long as the adhesive layer can be joined to the flange 6 and the adhesive layers, but those having a low gas permeability are preferable in the present invention. Specifically, if the material of the flange 6 is polyethylene, the adhesive layer may be polyethylene. If the flange 6 is polypropylene, the adhesive layer may be polypropylene or ethylene vinyl alcohol. In the case of a metal, the adhesive layer is preferably made of ethylene vinyl alcohol. The thickness of the adhesive layer may be 10 to 70 μm, and preferably 30 to 50 μm.
The material of the gas barrier layer is not particularly limited as long as gas permeation can be restricted. For example, a metal foil such as stainless steel foil or aluminum foil can be used. An aluminum foil having a low rate can be suitably used. The thickness of a gas barrier layer should just be 5-30 micrometers, Preferably it is 6-15 micrometers.
The protective layer is a layer that is protected by the gas barrier layer. For example, the protective layer prevents the formation of pinholes, cracks and the like in the aluminum foil, and ensures the gas permeation preventing effect. Such a protective layer is preferably made of a resin such as polyester or nylon. The thickness of a protective layer should just be 10-50 micrometers, Preferably it is 20-40 micrometers. Further, a plurality of protective layers may be formed as necessary. According to such a configuration, it is possible to add a function that takes advantage of the characteristics of the resin.
As the

A molded body having a thickness of 8 mm made of polyphthalamide resin containing 45 parts by weight of glass fiber as a reinforcing material was molded by an extruder. A sample was prepared by forming an electroless nickel plating layer and further an electrolytic copper plating layer on the surface of the obtained molded body to form a gas barrier layer having a thickness of 30 μm.
From the obtained sample, a test piece having a width of 10 mm, a length of 40 mm, and a thickness of 8 mm was cut out, and the tip of the plated surface and a stainless steel foil having a thickness of 100 μm were solder-welded to produce a tensile white. While pulling the stainless steel foil, the plated surface was peeled off 10 mm from the tip of the test piece. As shown in FIG. 13, the tip of the stainless steel foil was fixed to the load cell through a tension scissor through the gap between the parallel cylinders arranged on the jig, and pulled perpendicularly to the plating surface at a tension speed of 50 mm / min. The load when moving 10 mm from the load stabilization point was defined as the plating peel strength. The results are shown in Table 1. In the comparative example, peeling progressed when the test piece was set on a stainless steel foil solder weld or the jig shown in FIG. 13, and the peel strength could not be measured.
