Abstract
【解決手段】再生運転では、切替弁4の切替えにより、該再生運転の実施される分岐排気通路2への排気ガスの流入を防止した状態で、第1燃焼装置6及び第2燃焼装置を作動させるものであり、再生運転が、窒素酸化物吸着材5に吸着された窒素酸化物を脱離させる主再生運転を含んでおり、主再生運転で供給される第1混合ガスの空気過剰率λが、λ<1.0の範囲に制御されており、主再生運転が、第1主再生運転及び第2主再生運転から成っており、第1主再生運転から第2主再生運転に進むにつれて、第1混合ガスの流量を減少させる。

Description
主再生運転における段階が進むにつれて、第1混合ガスの流量を減少させることで、消費エネルギーや脱離に要する時間を増大させることなく、効率的に、窒素酸化物の脱離量を増大できる。また、主再生運転の初期に昇温されるため、脱離開始も早められる。
窒素酸化物吸着材より窒素酸化物を効果的に脱離できる。
窒素酸化物吸着材に捕獲された粒子状物質の量を低減できる。また、窒素酸化物吸着材を主再生運転に先立って昇温させることができ、主再生運転の効率を向上できる。
窒素酸化物吸着材に付着している還元剤を除去でき、通常運転の実施されるときに機外に排出される還元剤の量を低減できる。また、窒素酸化物吸着材に捕獲された粒子状物質の量を低減できる。
図1を用いて、本実施形態に係る排気ガス浄化装置1を説明する。排気ガス浄化装置1は、内燃機関又は燃焼機器の機関側排気通路100に接続される装置である。
次に、本実施形態の排気ガス浄化装置1の制御方法を説明する。本実施形態の制御方法は、前述した排気ガス浄化装置1において、以下で説明する制御を行う方法である。
次に、本実施形態の制御方法による排気ガス浄化装置1の作動を説明する。
本実施形態の排気ガス浄化装置1は、次のような効果を発揮する。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関又は燃焼機器の機関側排気通路に接続される複数の分岐排気通路と、
前記各分岐排気通路の排気入口を開放又は閉鎖して、前記機関側排気通路から前記各分岐排気通路への排気ガスの流入及び遮断を切替える排気ガス遮断手段と、
前記各分岐排気通路内に設けられ、空気過剰雰囲気で窒素酸化物を一時的に吸着し、該吸着した窒素酸化物を昇温又は還元雰囲気で脱離する窒素酸化物吸着材と、
前記各分岐排気通路内で前記窒素酸化物吸着材より排気上流側に配置され、空気供給手段、燃料供給手段及び着火手段から構成され、燃料及び空気が混合された第1混合ガスを供給して燃焼させる第1燃焼装置と、
前記各分岐排気通路内で前記窒素酸化物吸着材より排気下流側に配置され、空気供給手段、燃料供給手段及び着火手段から構成される第2燃焼装置と、
を備えている、排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法において、
前記各分岐排気通路について、通常運転と再生運転とがあり、
前記通常運転は、前記排気ガス遮断手段の切替えにより、該通常運転の実施される前記分岐排気通路に排気ガスを流入させる運転であり、
前記再生運転は、前記排気ガス遮断手段の切替えにより、該再生運転の実施される前記分岐排気通路への排気ガスの流入を防止した状態で、前記第1燃焼装置及び前記第2燃焼装置を作動させる運転であり、
前記再生運転が、前記窒素酸化物吸着材に吸着された窒素酸化物を脱離させる主再生運転を含んでおり、
前記主再生運転では、前記第1混合ガスの空気過剰率λが、λ<1.0の範囲に制御されており、
前記主再生運転が、少なくとも2段階の運転から成っており、
前記主再生運転における段階が進むにつれて、前記第1混合ガスの流量を減少させる、
ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法。 - 請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法において、
前記主再生運転では、前記第1混合ガスの空気過剰率λが、0.6<λ<1.0の範囲に制御される、
排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法において、
前記再生運転が、前記主再生運転の前段階に、前再生運転を含んでおり、
前記前再生運転では、前記第1混合ガスの空気過剰率λが、λ>1.0の範囲に制御される、
排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1つに記載の排気ガス浄化装置の制御方法において、
前記再生運転が、前記主再生運転の後段階に、後再生運転を含んでおり、
前記後再生運転では、前記第1混合ガスの空気過剰率λが、λ>1.0の範囲に制御される、
