Claims (5)
- 発熱量の異なる2種類の燃料ガスを供給する2つの燃料ガス上流系統と、
2つの該燃料ガス上流系統を合流させる三方弁と、
該三方弁を通じて供給された前記燃料ガスが分岐され、前記燃料ガスを燃焼室に供給する複数の燃料ガス供給系統と、
それぞれの該燃料ガス供給系統に対応し、前記燃料ガス供給系統から供給された燃料ガスを燃焼室に噴出する複数のバーナーとを備えたことを特徴とする燃焼器。 - 発熱量の異なる2種類の燃料ガスを供給する2つの燃料ガス上流系統と、
2つの該燃料ガス上流系統を合流させる三方弁と、
該三方弁を通じて供給された前記燃料ガスの圧力を調節する燃料ガス圧力調節弁と、
該燃料ガス圧力調節弁を通じて供給された前記燃料ガスが分岐され、前記燃料ガスを燃焼室に供給する複数の燃料ガス供給系統と、
それぞれの該燃料ガス供給系統に設置され、燃料ガス流量を調節する燃料ガス流量調節弁と、
それぞれの該燃料ガス供給系統に対応し、前記燃料ガス供給系統から供給された燃料ガスを燃焼室に噴出する複数のバーナーとを備えたことを特徴とする燃焼器。 - 請求項1記載の燃焼器であって、
前記燃料ガスの一つは液化天然ガス(LNG)であり、他の前記燃料ガスはLNGよりも発熱量の低い製油所などで発生するオフガス、あるいは鉄鋼製品の製造過程で発生するコークス炉ガスなど、水素や一酸化炭素を含む混合ガスであることを特徴とする燃焼器。 - 請求項1記載の燃焼器であって、
前記燃料ガス供給系統と並列に配置された低発熱量燃料の専用系統と、
該専用系統に、前記低発熱量燃料の流量を調節する燃料ガス流量調節弁と、該流量調節弁の上流側に設置された遮断弁と、
該燃料ガス流量調節弁の下流側に設置された配管パージ系統とを備えたことを特徴とする燃焼器。 - 請求項2記載の燃焼器であって、
複数の前記燃料ガス供給系統のうち、1つの前記燃料ガス供給系統は、前記燃料ガス流量調節弁の下流側で分岐された分岐系統と、該分岐系統に設けられた遮断弁とを備えたことを特徴とする燃焼器。
