Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a water treatment device and system for applying a voltage to water to be treated, and a salt water desalination device and system using the water treatment device and system, and more specifically, various treatment water with a simple configuration. And a salt water desalination apparatus and system using the same, and a method thereof.

According to the water treatment apparatus of the present invention, since the anode is made of a material that can be eluted into the treated water when energized by energizing the water to be treated, the electrode elutes at the anode when energized, thereby removing the treated water. Can be processed. In addition, power consumption can be minimized. Furthermore, maintainability can be improved with a simple configuration. Further, since the consumables are only the metal rods used for the anode, the operation cost can be reduced.
In addition, when the cathode is tubular and the treated water circulates inside, and the anode is provided inside the cathode so as to be separated from the cathode, and the treated water circulates between the cathodes In addition, the water to be treated can be efficiently treated.
Moreover, when the anode and the cathode have a circular cross section, the flow of water to be treated can be made smooth. Thereby, since an electric force is always given to the treated water from the side, ion separation can be effectively realized, and the treated water can be treated efficiently.
In addition, when the anode and the cathode have a polygonal cross section, the flow of the water to be treated is made smooth by suppressing the flow in the rotation direction around the anode of the water to be treated, and the treatment of the water to be treated is efficient. Can be done automatically.
In addition, the anode and the cathode are plate members facing each other, and when the water to be treated flows between them, the flow of the water to be treated is most simplified, and always from the side with respect to the water to be treated. Since an electrical force is applied, the water to be treated can be treated efficiently.
In addition, when the distribution pipe is to circulate the water to be treated from below to above, the gas generated by energization or the gas mixed during supply is discharged from above without touching the electrode thereafter. It can prevent that gas inhibits electricity supply to to-be-processed water.
Moreover, generation | occurrence | production of the gas by electricity supply can be suppressed when electricity supply to to-be-processed water is performed in the state which to-be-processed water does not contact external air.
In addition, when a current of 0.6 to 32 A flows in the water to be treated between the anode and the cathode, it is possible to optimally energize the water to be treated.
Moreover, when the space | interval between an anode and a cathode is 7-20 mm, the current of 16-32 A can be most reliably given to to-be-processed water.
When the anode is made of iron, iron ions are eluted in the water to be treated, and the water to be treated is treated with the iron ions. In addition, the elution rate can be moderately reduced as compared with magnesium and the like, so that the life of the electrode can be extended.
When the water to be treated is salt water, the electrode elutes at the anode during energization and traps chlorine ions or forms a complex, resulting in the formation of a precipitate. For this reason, since generation | occurrence | production of chlorine in an anode is suppressed like the former, the safety | security of work can be improved. Moreover, it is suppressed that sodium hydroxide reacts and produces | generates sodium hypochlorite. Therefore, by suppressing the production of sodium hypochlorite, the aqueous sodium hydroxide solution can be separated and recovered. In addition, power consumption can be minimized. Furthermore, maintainability can be improved with a simple configuration. In addition, since there is no need to use consumables such as conventional ion exchange membranes, operation costs can be reduced.
If the water to be treated is water containing insoluble organic substances (waste liquids (emulsions, suspensions, etc.) containing oils, pigments, etc.), the electrode will elute at the anode during energization and the surface in the water to be treated Captures negatively charged negative zeta potential particles or forms a complex, resulting in the formation of a precipitate. Therefore, in a simple apparatus, insoluble organic substances such as oil and pigment contained in the water to be treated can be easily separated.
Further, when the water to be treated is water, the anode metal ions are eluted on the anode side during energization, and the hydrogen ions are removed as gaseous hydrogen on the cathode side. Therefore, the water to be treated can be made alkaline by a simple device, and alkaline water can be easily produced.
Furthermore, according to the water treatment system of the present invention, since the water treatment device, the treated water supply device, and the recovery device are provided, the treated water can be treated continuously.
Moreover, when the to-be-processed water is salt water, in a collection | recovery apparatus, sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and a precipitate can be collect | recovered separately, and each can be utilized.
Furthermore, when a filter that removes chlorine components (for example, chlorides of metals such as chlorine ions, chlorine, and iron chloride) is provided in the path for collecting the aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, high-purity hydroxylation that excludes chlorine components An aqueous sodium solution can be obtained.
On the other hand, according to the salt water desalination apparatus of the present invention, a voltage is applied between the second flow pipe, the second cathode provided in the second flow pipe, and the second cathode provided in the second flow pipe. Thus, the second anode made of a material that can be dissolved in the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is provided, so that the salt water can be energized to obtain the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and further energized to achieve desalination.
Further, the second flow pipe, the second anode, and the second cathode have the same configuration as the flow pipe, the anode, and the cathode of the water treatment device, respectively, that is, the second flow pipe, the flow pipe, the second anode, the anode, When the two cathodes and the cathode are the same in material, shape, size, etc., it is possible to suppress the increase in cost by suppressing the types of necessary components.

The “circulation pipe” is not particularly limited in its structure, size, shape, material, quantity, and the like as long as the water to be treated is circulated in the vertical direction. The circulation pipe can circulate the water to be treated from below to above or from above to below. Also, the flow pipe can be a sealed structure.

The “anode” is made of a material that can be eluted in the water to be treated when energized. Specifically, the anode can be a metal such as iron, magnesium, aluminum, copper, or an alloy containing them as a main component. Moreover, non-metals, such as carbon, may be used as an electrode, Furthermore, you may use the electrode which plated platinum, silver, nickel, etc. on the surface of raw materials, such as iron.

In the case where the cathode has a tubular shape that also serves as a flow tube, the anode is provided inside the cathode while being insulated from the cathode, and water to be treated can flow between the cathode and the cathode.
In particular, when sodium chloride is contained in the water to be treated, the water treatment device of the present invention may be a salt water treatment device that separates an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution from the water to be treated containing sodium chloride. In this case, the salt water treatment apparatus is a salt water treatment apparatus for separating a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution from water to be treated containing sodium chloride, and includes a tubular cathode, and a longitudinal direction of the cathode in the cathode. A columnar anode arranged without contacting the cathode along the cathode, the cathode can circulate the water to be treated in the vertical direction, and the anode is energized between the cathode (this energization) In this case, when the water to be treated may or may not be electrolyzed), the water to be treated can include a component that can be eluted as metal ions.
The cross-sectional shapes of the anode and the cathode are not particularly limited. For example, the outer shape of the anode and the inner shape of the cathode (which may include the outer shape) are similar to each other, or the outer shape of the anode and the inner shape of the cathode ( It may be a polygon having a similar cross section (see FIGS. 3A and 3B).
Moreover, an anode and a cathode are the board | plate materials (refer FIG. 4) which faced each other in the flow pipe, and it can be made that a to-be-processed water distribute | circulates among these.
Here, it is preferable that a current of 0.6 to 32 A flows in the water to be treated between the anode and the cathode. In particular, when using a stainless steel cathode with a length of 300 mm and an inner diameter of 32 mm (outer diameter of 38 mm) and an iron anode with an outer diameter of 22 mm, a current of 16 to 32 A is applied when circulating 1 to 2 liters of salt water. When flowing waste water containing 0.5 to 2 liters of oil per minute or water containing ionic components so as to be energized, an electric current of 0.6 to 10 A is applied. It is preferable to flow. That is, the voltage to be applied may be appropriately changed (for example, 2 to 300 V) according to the distance between the anode and the cathode, the type of water to be treated, and the like, so that a current of 0.6 to 32 A flows.
The distance between the anode and the cathode is preferably 2 to 30 mm, more preferably 4.5 to 25 mm, and most preferably 7 to 20 mm. For example, when the water to be treated is salt water and the distance between the anode and the cathode is 4.5 mm, for example, a current of 16 to 32 A is applied to the water to be treated by applying a voltage of 3 to 6 V between the electrodes. It can be made to flow. Moreover, when the space | interval between an anode and a cathode is 7 mm, for example, it can be made to flow 16-32 A electric current through to-be-processed water by applying a voltage of about 12V between electrodes. Furthermore, when the thickness is 15 to 20 mm, a current of 16 to 32 A can be supplied to the water to be treated by applying a voltage of about 24 V between the electrodes. In addition, when the water to be treated is waste water containing oil or the like or water containing an ionic component or the like so as to be energized, when the distance between the anode and the cathode is 5 mm, for example, between the electrodes By applying a voltage of 20 to 29 V, a current of 0.6 to 10 A can be supplied to the water to be treated.
In addition, when the water to be treated is salt water, 1 to 2 liters per minute, and when the water to be treated is waste water containing oil or the like or water containing ionic components or the like so as to be energized, It is preferable to energize at the above current value with respect to the flow rate of each treated water of 0.5 to 2 liters.

(2) Operation of Example The procedure for desalinating seawater according to the above-described example will be described.

Moreover, in the said Example, although seawater was processed as salt water, it is not limited to this, You may make it process salt water (salt solution, blood, etc.) other than seawater.

In the above embodiment, the salt

The alkaline water produced in this way can be used as a substitute for surfactants such as metal washing, washing, removing dirt, neutralizing acidic water, emulsifying water containing oil, etc. Acidic water can be used as neutralizing alkaline water and antibacterial water.
