Abstract
Description
The present invention provides, for example, an insulating block, a transport system, and an insulating block used for jacking up a rail when a branching unit of a line is replaced, for transporting a new branching unit or the like across the line. , Concerning jack-up system.
A branching device for changing the destination of the train is installed on the track. There is a technology to replace an old branching device (hereinafter referred to as “old branching device”) with a new branching device (hereinafter referred to as “new branching device”). FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a work place (hereinafter simply referred to as “work place”) for exchanging the branching device as viewed from above. A conventional branch switch replacement operation will be described with reference to FIG.
The
The total weight of the branching unit is usually about 70 to 80 t, length × width = 70 m × 6.4 m, and the branching unit replacement work is performed by about 400 workers.
There are "safety of workers" and "safety of improving train operation" as safety of the switchover work. “Worker safety” refers to the safety with which an operator can enter the track after the final train has passed the work area. “Safety in improving train operation” refers to the safety with which the train line or signal line can be disconnected after the last train arrives at the final arrival station or finishes being forwarded to the depot. Here, the train line is a DC voltage for operating the train and flows as follows.
Substation (+)-> overhead line->pantograph->motor->rail-> substation (-)
Further, the signal line is an AC voltage that flows through a block section of several hundred meters each. In a closed section where a train exists, a short circuit of the signal line occurs when the train and the rail come into contact with each other. A detection system (not shown) recognizes this short circuit and detects in which block section the train is present. This activates a safety device such as a crossing barrier. The signal line flows as follows.
Substation (AC) → Signal circuit in each closed section → Individual energization of the left and right rails Since the train line and the signal line are direct current and alternating current, respectively, they can flow through the track simultaneously. When the final train passes through the work place, workers can enter the work place, but they cannot perform work such as arranging the rails. This is because the rail line and the signal line are short-circuited when this rail and the railing rail come into contact with each other, and the detection system erroneously detects that a train exists in the short-circuited blockage section, and it still runs. This is because the last train is stopped. In other words, conventionally, the replacement work can only be performed after the train line and the signal line are disconnected.
It usually takes about one hour from when the last train passes through the work place until the train and signal lines are disconnected. Usually, the working time of the branching device is 24:30 (time when the train line and signal line are disconnected) to 4:00 (time when the first generator is traveling), and the working time is only about 3
The insulating block of the present invention has a pair of opposed surfaces, and a first groove that engages with the rail base of the rail is formed on one surface (hereinafter referred to as a “first groove forming surface”). A second groove with which the head of the rail is engaged is formed on a surface facing the first groove forming surface, and the second groove is formed in a direction orthogonal to the first groove.
In addition, instead of forming the second groove, a contact portion is provided on the surface facing the first groove formation surface, and the contact portion is formed on the inner side surface of each of the heads of the two main rails constituting the track. An abutting insulating block may be used.
In addition, two second grooves that engage with the heads of the two main rails constituting the track are provided on a surface facing the first groove forming surface, and the two second grooves are orthogonal to the first groove. It may be an insulating block formed in the direction to be.
Moreover, the main body part and the insulation block which has a contact part may be sufficient. The main body has surfaces facing each other, and a first groove that engages with the rail base of the rail is formed on one surface. The contact portion is fixed to a surface facing the first groove forming surface and has an insulating property. Each of the contact portions is in contact with the top surface and the inner surface of the head of each of the two main rails constituting the track.
And the conveyance system of this invention is equipped with any one of these insulation blocks, the hairpin rail arrange | positioned on an insulation block, and the conveying machine which mounts and carries a new replacement | exchange object. An insulating block is mounted on the rail, and the rail base of the hairpin rail is arranged by being engaged with the first groove of the insulating block. The transporter carrying the new replacement object is moved along the hairpin rail.
The said insulation block is mounted | worn between this rail and the hairpin rail by the structure of the said conveyance system. Thereby, when the train line and the signal line are flowing in the main rail, the train line and the signal line are not short-circuited even if the rail is arranged on the main rail. Therefore, even if the train line and the signal line are not disconnected, the branching unit replacement work can be started after the final train has passed the work place. As a result, compared with the conventional work time, "when the last train passes-when the train line and the signal line are disconnected (usually about 1 hour)" + "the train line and the signal line are disconnected. The time from when the power generation vehicle is started to the time when the first power generation vehicle departs (about 3 hours and 30 minutes, which is the conventional work time) can be used as the work time, and more work time than the conventional replacement work can be obtained.
The best mode for carrying out the invention will be described below. In addition, the same number is attached | subjected to the part which has the same function, and duplication description is abbreviate | omitted.

First, the configuration of the rail will be briefly described. FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the two
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the insulating
Next, using FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the insulating
例えばプラスチック、FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics)などである。
As a suitable material for the insulating
As described above, according to the transport system 100 of the first embodiment, by attaching the insulating
Next, the insulating
当接部22は、短手方向の2つの面22a(以下、「当接面22a」という。)
The insulating
A surface facing the
As shown in FIG. 9B, the two
Next, the conveyance system 200 using the insulating
As described above, the insulating block 20 (the
Next, the
In this example, the
The
The
And as shown in FIG. 11, the bottom face 26b of the main-
ボルト孔2711b、2713bはそれぞれ開口部27111b(図13A参照)、27131b(図示せず)を有する。
Next, the fixing method in this example will be described. Two through
Next, with reference to FIG. 14A and B, the conveyance system 300 of Example 3 is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 14B, the

[Comparison of insulation blocks]
Next, the transport system 100 using the insulating
Next, merits of the insulating
Next, an insulating block of Example 5 will be described. The insulation block shown in Examples 1-4 is mainly used for the conveyance system for conveying a branching device. The insulating blocks of Examples 5 and 6 are used for jacking up the present rail. A rail that the train has passed several times may slip down. The insulating
As described above, the train line and the signal line flow in the rail. The conventional jackup work is performed by interposing an insulating rubber waste material between the
FIG. 16 is a perspective view of the insulating
The insulating
The
According to the jack-up system 500 using the insulating
A cant is usually provided on the curved part of the track. Kant is to turn the head of the outer rail toward the inside in the curved part of the track. Without this cant, the train derails due to centrifugal force when the train passes through the curved portion. The insulating
この例では、側壁部35c(以下、「側壁部40c」という。)
