Description

The present invention relates to an attachment structure for an elastic body that is attached to one surface of an interior member attached to a vehicle body.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various interior members are mounted on a vehicle body such as an automobile. For example, an automobile instrument panel is provided with a storage tray as an interior member (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2003-267145 A

In the storage tray provided as described above, it is necessary to prevent the articles stored in the storage tray from jumping out due to vibration or the like. When an elastic member such as a system is attached, it can be held by frictional force. On the other hand, in a pocket-shaped storage pocket, for example, when the bottom surface of the pocket is provided with a downward slope so as to become the lower side as far as it goes, the friction is caused when the base is made of synthetic resin. Since the resistance is small, there is a risk that large acceleration / deceleration will occur and the contents will come out. For this reason, there is a type in which a mat made of an elastic body such as rubber that can provide a large frictional resistance is placed as described above.

In that case, simply placing the mat may cause the mat to slide sideways, so it is necessary to fix the mat to the accommodation pocket. The fixing means is surely screwed, but the installation work becomes complicated. On the other hand, a protrusion is formed on the mat placement surface (lower surface), an engagement hole is provided at a corresponding position on the bottom surface of the storage pocket, and the protrusion is inserted into the engagement hole to prevent the mat from slipping. In that case, the installation work is simple.

However, it is difficult to form the protrusions provided on the mat made of an elastic body with high accuracy, and the processing cost is increased. Therefore, there is a problem that play occurs between the protrusions and the engagement holes. there were. Even a slight movement due to backlash affects the pop-out of the stored item due to vibration, so it is desirable to eliminate such backlash as much as possible.

In order to solve such problems and realize that the elastic body can be placed so as not to be loose, in the present invention, the elastic body is provided on one surface of the interior member (5) attached to the vehicle body. (7) An elastic body mounting structure for mounting the mounting body in a mounted state, wherein at least a pair of engaging protrusions (8 · 8) provided on the mounting surface (7a) of the elastic body (7) so as to be separated from each other. 9) are integrally formed, and the interior member (5) has the same number of engagement holes (6) with which the engagement protrusions (8, 9) can be engaged in the inserted state, and the pair of engagement members. The length (b1, b2) between the closest portions of the mating protrusions (8, 9) is shorter than the length (a1, a2) between the closest portions of the corresponding pair of engagement holes (6). It was supposed to be.

In particular, flat portions (8a, 9a) are formed on the opposing portions of the pair of engaging protrusions (8, 9), respectively, and at least one of the flat surfaces of the pair of engaging protrusions (8, 9). The protrusions (8d, 9d) are projected from the portions (8a, 9a), and the length (c1, c2) between the flat portions (8a, 9a) of the pair of engaging protrusions (8, 9) May be equal to or longer than the length (a1 · a2) between the closest portions of the pair of engagement holes (6), and the engagement protrusions (8,9) may be the flat portions (8a). -It is good to incline with respect to the mounting surface (7a) mentioned above along 9a). Moreover, it is preferable that the cross-sectional shape crossing the axis line in the protruding direction of the engaging protrusions (8, 9) has a semicircular portion.

Thus, according to the present invention, at least a pair of engagement protrusions provided in the elastic body and the same number of engagement holes provided in the interior member are the lengths between the closest portions, and the engagement protrusions. Since the direction between the parts is shortened, the pair of engaging protrusions can be elastically deformed in the direction of being separated from each other in the inserted state into the engaging hole. It is possible to eliminate the play in the passing direction, and with a simple structure in which the engagement protrusion is provided integrally with the elastic body and the engagement hole is provided in the interior member, it is possible to prevent the play in the mounted state of the elastic body. it can.

In particular, a pair of engaging protrusions are formed with a flat portion facing each other, and at least one flat surface portion is provided with a protruding portion so that a part of the closest approach portion between the pair of engaging protruding portions is a protruding portion. Therefore, even if the shape of the corresponding edge of the engagement hole is formed in a simple linear shape, the protrusion can be engaged with the engagement hole. Dimension management becomes easy. Further, since the engaging protrusion is inclined with respect to the mounting surface along the flat surface portion, the engaging protrusion is inclined in a direction orthogonal to the flat surface portion. When a total of four engagement protrusions are provided in the direction along the plane portion and a total of four engaging protrusions are provided, the play in the direction along the plane portion can be absorbed by elastic deformation with respect to the inclination.

In addition, by forming the engaging protrusion so as to have a semicircular portion in its cross-sectional shape, it is possible to form a head-expanded shape in a semicircular portion other than the plane portion, and engage over the semicircular circumference. The hole is prevented from coming off, and the retaining structure can be easily achieved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a main part of a center console 1 of an automobile to which the present invention is applied. The center console 1 is disposed at the center in the vehicle width direction of the instrument panel 2 in front of the driver seat and the passenger seat. In the figure, the center console 1 is an interior member attached to the vehicle body integrally with the instrument panel 2. The control panel 3 includes a pocket 4 with a lid and an open pocket 5 serving as a storage pocket that is disposed below the control panel 3 and stacked on top of each other.

In the control panel 3 in the illustrated example, the air outlet 3a of the air conditioner is provided in the upper part, and the openings 3b and 3c for a plurality of mounted devices are provided in the lower part thereof. For example, a display device (not shown) faces one opening 3b, and an operation panel surface of an audio device (not shown) faces the other opening 3b. The control panel 3 is integrated with the instrument panel 2 by screwing or the like via a plurality of coupling ears 3a provided integrally at predetermined positions on both edges in the vehicle width direction. Yes.

In the above-described open pocket 5, as shown in FIG. 2, walls are erected on the left, right, and back, and the front of the pocket 4 with the lid and the front facing the vehicle compartment in the assembled state as the center console 1. It is formed in a rectangular box shape with the upper surface that faces the lower surface open. A pair of engagement holes 6 are provided near the four corners of the bottom wall 5a on the front side and the rear side in the drawing.

A mat 7 as an elastic body shown in FIG. 3 is placed on the surface of the bottom wall 5 a of the open pocket 5. The mat 7 may be made of, for example, a rubber thin plate-like elastic body that is flexible enough to be bent by its own weight. In addition, the surface of the bottom wall 5a of the open pocket 5 is formed so that the front side, which is the passenger compartment side, is raised one step higher, and the mat 7 is also formed in a shape corresponding to the shape. Further, the end 7a corresponding to the front edge portion of the bottom wall 5a in the mat 7 is bent downward so as to hang down to the front side of the bottom wall 5a.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mounting surface 7 b that is the lower surface of the mat 7 is a position corresponding to each of the engagement holes 6, and a pair of front side engagements that are open on the assembled state. A protrusion 8 and a pair of rear engagement protrusions 9 on the back side are provided to protrude. In addition, the front engagement protrusion 8 and the rear engagement protrusion 9 are formed symmetrically in pairs.

Since the front engagement protrusion 8 and the rear engagement protrusion 9 are formed in substantially the same shape except for the difference in protrusion length in addition to the above-mentioned symmetrical shape, one rear engagement protrusion The shape will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the engaging protrusion 9 has a cylindrical shape with a D-shaped cross section, and the D-shaped straight portion is formed by a flat portion 9a consisting of a flat surface as a whole, and the mounting surface 7b. A shaft portion 9b protruding from the shaft portion 9 and an enlarged head portion 9c provided coaxially on the protruding end side of the shaft portion 9b.

The shaft portion 9b is formed to have the same thickness, and the enlarged head portion 9c is formed in a trapezoidal shape that is wider than the shaft portion 9b in the flat surface portion 9a. And the rib-shaped protrusion 9d extended in the protrusion direction of the engagement protrusion 9 is protrudingly provided by the plane part 9a. As described above, the engaging protrusions 9 (8) are symmetrical with each other, so that the flat surface parts 9a face each other, and the protrusions 9d protrude in directions facing each other. ing.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the length between the closest portions of each pair of front engagement holes 6 and rear engagement holes 6 is a1 · a2, and each pair of front engagement protrusions. The length between the protruding portions 8d and 9d facing each other, which are the closest portions of the portion 8 and the rear engaging protruding portion 9, is b1 and b2, and the length between the flat portions 8a and 9a that face each other. When c1 · c2 is set, c1 ≧ a1> b1 (c2 ≧ a2> b2) are set.

In the assembled state in which the engaging protrusion 9 is inserted into the engaging hole 6 as shown in FIG. 7, the enlarged head portion 9c is located outside the engaging hole 6 (the back side of the bottom wall 5a), and its enlarged diameter portion. Engages with the edge of the engagement hole 6 of the bottom wall 5a, thereby preventing the mat 7 from coming off. Then, the engagement protrusion 9 is elastically deformed so that the protrusion 9d is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the engagement hole 6 by the relationship c2> a2> b2 of the respective lengths. The engaging force toward each other acts on the engaging hole 6 between the engaging protrusions 9. Thereby, even when there is a processing error between the engagement protrusion 9 (8) and the engagement hole 6 and a gap due to the processing error occurs between the engagement hole 6 and the flat surface portion 9a, If the height of the protrusion 9d (8d) is sufficiently larger than the gap that may be caused by a machining error or the like, the above length relationship is maintained, and a pair of engagement protrusions 9 (as shown by an arrow S in FIG. 5). 8) It is possible to prevent backlash in the direction of a line connecting each other. Further, in order to suppress backlash in a direction perpendicular to the line connecting the pair of engaging protrusions 9 (8), the distances c1 and c2 between the flat surface portions 8a and 9a can be taken in consideration of machining errors. It is preferable to set so as to match only a1 and a2. In the case of coincidence, a higher position restricting effect is exhibited by both end portions of the flat surface portions 8a and 9a in addition to the protruding portion.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the engaging protrusions 8 and 9 are inclined (backward inclined) by a predetermined angle θ with respect to the mounting surface 7 b along the flat portions 8 a and 9 a. Thereby, when each pair of engaging protrusions 8 and 9 are arranged at the four corners of the mat 7 as shown in the drawing, the engaging hole 6 is orthogonal to the surface (mounting surface 7b) of the bottom wall 5b. In this case, elastic deformation with respect to the inclination of the engaging protrusions 8 and 9 can occur in the attached state, so that the engagement perpendicular to the line connecting the pair of engaging protrusions 9 (8) is made. Backlash can also be prevented in the direction of the line connecting the protrusions 8 and 9. Further, when attaching the mat 7 after the opening pocket 5 is assembled to the vehicle body, the mating 7 is moved and attached so as to slide from the opening side of the opening pocket 5 to the back, so that the engaging protrusions 8 and 9 are attached. Can be easily inserted into the engagement hole 6, and the attachment work can be easily performed.

Further, the engagement hole 6 is formed in a D-shaped hole, and the engagement protrusions 8 and 9 are also formed in a shape having a semicircular portion so as to have a corresponding D-shaped cross-sectional shape. When the flat portions 8d and 9d are formed by the straight portions of the character shape, the enlarged head portions 8c and 9c can be formed in the semicircular portions, and the enlarged head portions 8c and 9c can be formed in the semicircular portions of the corresponding engagement holes 6. Can be engaged. The flat portions 8d and 9d can secure the above-described length relationship, and can ensure the retaining by the engagement of the semicircular portion, and can suitably achieve the retaining and the prevention of backlash.

In addition, although the cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the axial line of the engagement hole 6 and the engagement protrusions 8 and 9 in the illustrated example is formed in a D-shape, it is not limited to the D-shape. There may be. In addition, the protrusions 8d and 9d are provided in the paired engaging protrusions 8 and 9, but the effects of the present invention can be obtained by providing them on either one.
