Abstract
【解決手段】内部を真空状態とし得る耐圧槽1と、この耐圧槽1内に挿入して上端側を耐圧槽1から外方に突出し、この突出部17に上下動機構18を接続して上下動可能とする筒形の耐圧ケーシング7と、上記突出部17に配置した回転駆動機構16と、この回転駆動機構16に接続して回転可能であって、耐圧ケーシング7に貫通して配置した駆動軸13と、この駆動軸13の下部に接続した回転伝達機構24を介して駆動軸13の駆動力を伝達し、表面処理作業を行う作業機構34と、前記耐圧槽1と耐圧ケーシング7との外気連通部に配置し、耐圧槽1内の気密性を保持する耐圧真空シール材36と、前記耐圧ケーシング7と駆動軸13又は/及び回転伝達機構24との外気連通部に配置し、耐圧槽1内の気密性を保持する駆動真空シール材40とを備える。

Claims (6)
- 内部を真空状態とし得る耐圧槽と、この耐圧槽内に下端側を挿入するとともに上端側を耐圧槽から外方に突出し、この突出部に上下動機構を接続して上下動可能とする筒形の耐圧ケーシングと、この耐圧ケーシングの突出部に配置した回転駆動機構と、この回転駆動機構に接続して回転可能であるとともに、耐圧ケーシングに貫通して配置した駆動軸と、この駆動軸の下部に接続した回転伝達機構を介して駆動軸の駆動力を伝達し、表面処理作業を行う作業機構と、前記耐圧槽と耐圧ケーシングとの外気連通部に配置し、耐圧槽内の気密性を保持する耐圧真空シール材と、前記耐圧ケーシングと駆動軸又は/及び回転伝達機構との外気連通部に配置し、耐圧槽内の気密性を保持する駆動真空シール材とを備えたことを特徴とする表面処理装置。
- 耐圧ケーシングは、下部に回転伝達機構を収納する耐圧収納部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1の表面処理装置。
- 作業機構は、回転伝達ローラー又は移送チェーンを設けた従動軸を回転駆動機構に連結することにより、回転伝達ローラー又は移送チェーンに駆動軸の駆動力を伝達し、この回転伝達ローラー又は移送チェーンに載置した表面処理用籠を回転又は揺動可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1の表面処理装置。
- 作業機構は、回転盤を設けた従動軸を回転駆動機構に連結することにより、回転盤に駆動軸の駆動力を伝達し、この回転盤に載置した表面処理用籠を回転可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1の表面処理装置。
- 耐圧真空シール材は、耐圧ケーシングの上下動のみに対応して気密性を保つものであって、駆動軸又は/及び回転伝達機構の回転への対応を行うことがないことを特徴とする請求項1の表面処理装置。
- 駆動真空シール材は、駆動軸又は/及び回転伝達機構の回転のみに対応して気密性を保つものであって耐圧ケーシングの上下動への対応を行うことがないことを特徴とする請求項1の表面処理装置。
