Claims (6)
- 放射源と、前記放射源によって発せられる光の一部を吸収することができると共に、吸収された前記光とは異なる波長の光を発することができる少なくとも1つの蛍光体を含むモノリシックセラミック・ルミネッセンス変換器とを有する照明システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの蛍光体は、0<a≦4、0<b≦4、及び0<z≦0.2である、一般式EA2-zSi5-aAlaN8-bOb: Euzの、ユーロピウム(II)活性オキソニトリドケイ酸アルミニウムであり、ここでEAは、カルシウム、バリウム及びストロンチウムの群から選択される少なくとも1つのアルカリ土類金属である、照明システム。
- 前記放射源は、発光ダイオードである、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記モノリシックセラミック・ルミネッセンス変換器は、第1のルミネッセンス変換器要素であり、更に、1つ以上の第2のルミネッセンス変換器要素を有している請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2のルミネッセンス変換器要素は、蛍光体を含む被膜である、請求項3に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2のルミネッセンス変換器要素は、第2の蛍光体を有する、第2のモノリシックセラミック・ルミネッセンス変換器である、請求項3に記載の照明システム。
- 放射源によって発せられた光の一部を吸収することができると共に、吸収される前記光とは異なる波長の光を発することができる少なくとも1つの蛍光体を有するモノリシックセラミック・ルミネッセンス変換器であって、前記少なくとも1つの蛍光体は、0<a≦4、0<b≦4、及び0<z≦0.2である、一般式EA2-zSi5-aAlaN8-bOb: Euzの、ユーロピウム(II)活性オキソニトリドケイ酸アルミニウムであり、ここでEAは、カルシウム、バリウム及びストロンチウムの群から選択される少なくとも1つのアルカリ土類金属である、モノリシックセラミック・ルミネッセンス変換器。
