Claims (5)
- ピストン頂部(13)に燃焼室(16)が設けられている、内燃機関用の2部分から成るピストン(1)であって、
ベース体(5)と上側部分(6)とから成っており、
ベース体(5)が、各1つのピン孔(3,3′)を備えたピンボス(14,14′)と、該ピンボス(14,14′)を互いに結合するスカートエレメント(15,15′)とを備えており、
上側部分(6)がベース体(5)の、ピンボス(14,14′)とは反対の上側に配置されていて、ベース体(5)とねじ(7〜12)を用いて結合されており、
燃焼室(16)の下側部分がベース体(5)に成形されており、
上側部分(6)がほぼリング状に形成されていて、燃焼室(16)をカラー(19)の形式でピストン頂部側において増大させ、かつ半径方向外側に向かって画成しており、
さらに、上側部分(6)の下側とベース体(5)の上側とに切欠きが成形されていて、該切欠きが、ベース体(5)への上側部分(6)の組付け後に、閉鎖されたリング状の冷却通路(21)を形成している形式のものにおいて、
ねじ(7〜12)が上側部分(8)のピストン頂部側の孔(23,23′)と、冷却通路(21)とを通して案内されていて、一部が、雌ねじ山を備えたベース体(5)の盲孔(24)にねじ込まれ、かつ一部が、雌ねじ山を備えたベース体(5)の貫通孔(25)にねじ込まれていることを特徴とする、内燃機関用の2部分から成るピストン(1)。 - 上側部分(6)が鍛造法で製造されている、請求項1記載のピストン(1)。
- 上側部分(6)が鋼から成っている、請求項1又は2記載のピストン(1)。
- 上側部分(6)がアルミニウムから成っている、請求項1又は2記載のピストン(1)。
- 上側部分(6)の半径方向外側に、圧縮リング用の溝(26)が成形されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のピストン(1)。
