Claims (10)
- 粒子線(6)のための放出窓(4)と、放出窓(4)の前方で患者(22)の照射に適する照射位置に持って来ることのできる患者台(18A、18B)を含む患者支持装置(16)と、照射すべき腫瘍の位置を決定するための診断装置(8)とを備え、診断装置(8)は共通の支持アーム(10A、10B)に取り付けられている放射線源(12)及び対向する放射線検出器(14)を有し、支持アーム(10A、10B)は、粒子線(6)によって規定される縦軸のまわりの角運動(26)及び縦軸に垂直な軸のまわりの周回軌道運動(28)を行うことができるように支承され操作可能であり、放射線源(12)及び放射線検出器(14)は、照射位置にある患者台(18A、18B)のまわりの空間において移動可能であることを特徴とする医用放射線治療装置。
- 患者の各任意の照射位置における二次元投影撮影に基づいて、又は患者の各任意の照射位置における三次元断層撮影に基づいて腫瘍位置が決定可能であるように、診断装置(8)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放射線治療装置。
- 横たわる照射位置のための台(18A)の形及び座った照射位置のための椅子(18B)の形の患者台を使用する際、放射線源(12)及び放射線検出器(14)が患者台(18A、18B)のまわりの空間内で自由に移動可能であるように、診断装置(8)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の放射線治療装置。
- 支持アーム(10A、10B)がC形又はU形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 支持アーム(10A、10B)の回転運動が、角運動(26)に対しても周回軌道運動(28)に対しても少なくとも180°行われ得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 支持アーム(10A)が粒子線を発生させるための装置に回転可能に支承されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 支持アーム(10B)が多軸ロボットアーム(10B)によって保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 患者台(22)が制御されて予め限定された照射位置へ移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 放出窓(4)が空間に位置固定して配置され、イオン粒子線(6)を発生させるための装置の一部であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の放射線治療装置。
- 複数の固定した放出窓(4)が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の放射線治療装置。
