Claims (9)

  2. 発熱により生じる実質的に不均一な細孔サイズなしにポリマー性モノリシックパッキング及びカラムケーシングを有するクロマトグラフィーカラムにサンプルを供給する工程;及び溶剤をクロマトグラフィーカラムに供給し、それにより、サンプルが、その成分に、クロマトグラフィーカラム内で分離される工程を含むクロマトグラフィーを行う方法であって、ポリマー性モノリシックパッキングが、温度−時間適切化されている方法。
  3. 内部カラム壁内の分離−有効開口部を有する透過性モノリシックポリマー性プラグ及び該カラム壁を有するクロマトグラフィーカラム支持体を含むクロマトグラフィーカラムであって、透過性モノリシックポリマー性プラグが、温度−時間適切化及び圧力下での重合により形成される断面均一性及び滑らかな壁を有するポリマーであることを特徴とするクロマトグラフィーカラム。
  4. 重合の間の温度変化のための手段とそれによる重合混合物が温度−時間適切化及び前記温度制御反応チャンバーにおける前記重合混合物に圧力を加えるための手段により特徴付けられる重合の間に重合混合物を含むように適応された温度制御反応チャンバーを含むクロマトグラフィーカラムを製造するための装置。
  5. プラグを形成するための重合の間に重合混合物を含むように適応された温度制御反応チャンバー;プラグに水溶液を加えるための水性処理手段;及び該プラグに圧力を加えて、プラグにおけるボイドを低減するための手段を含むクロマトグラフィーカラムを製造するための装置であって、温度制御反応チャンバーが、温度−時間適切化のための手段を含む装置。
  6. カラムケーシング内にポロゲンを含む重合混合物を置く工程を含む方法であって、低及び高温度重合の組み合わせ及び圧力を使用してカラムケーシング内の重合混合物を重合し、滑らかな壁を有するポリマープラグを形成する工程により特徴付けられる方法。
  7. ポロゲンを含む重合混合物を重合する工程を含むモノリシッククロマトグラフィーカラムを製造する方法であって、温度−時間適切条件下及び圧力下で重合を行い、それにより、温度勾配が制御されて、滑らかな壁を有するモノリシッククロマトグラフィーカラムにおける空間断面変化を防止することを特徴とする方法。
  8. 温度−時間適切化で重合を行って、ポリマープラグを形成することにより特徴付けられるポロゲンを含む重合混合物を製造する工程;ポリマープラグを洗浄して、ポロゲンを除去する工程、ここでプラグが膨張する傾向にある;及び圧力を加えて、ポリマープラグの膨張を防止し及びボイドを排除する工程を含むモノリシッククロマトグラフィーカラムを製造する方法。
  9. GMA、ATMS、EDMA、開始剤及びポロゲンを混合して、重合混合物を形成する工程;及びカラム内において混合物を重合する工程を含む強アニオンカラムを製造する方法であって、混合物を、温度−時間適切化条件下で重合して、プラグを形成することを特徴とする方法。
