Abstract
【解決手段】洗浄装置による洗浄中に液体および/または気体がタンク空間から逃げないよう確実にするために、本発明による磁気カップリング装置をハウジング(2)に提供する。磁気カップリング装置は、2つの協働する磁極要素(8、9)を備え、磁極要素(8、9)は、それぞれ、密閉隔離されて伸張し、磁極部が、タンク空間側のタービンハウジング(3)内と、タンク空間の外側のギアハウジング(1)内とに伸張している。これによって、液体および気体の漏れに対して非常に高い安全性を提供し、点検および保守のために容易に取り扱えるコンパクトな構造の達成が可能となる。

Claims (5)
- 特にタンク洗浄装置に使用する駆動ユニットであって、洗浄液をタービンホイールに加圧供給し、タービンホイールはギアボックスへの入力軸を回転させ、その出力軸の回転を減らし、前記出力軸はタンク空間内に下ろされたノズル付洗浄装置を回転させ、かつ、前記タービン軸および前記ギアボックスの出力軸からのトルクは、協働する磁性部の磁極間の磁力によって伝達されるよう構成されていて、トルクを伝達する前記磁性部(8および9)は、ハウジング(2)内に取り付けられ、前記ハウジング上には、前記ギアボックス(1)と前記タービンのハウジング(3)が取り付けられることを特徴とする前記駆動ユニット。
- 前記タンク空間と前記ハウジング(2)との間を液密および/または気密によって分離するために、ガスケット(21)が、前記ハウジング(2)と前記タービンハウジング(3)との間に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記磁性部は、円筒型の磁極部(9)とそのまわりに伸張する磁極部(8)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1および2に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記ギアボックス(1)の前記出力軸は、磁性部(9)に固定されたカップリング部(11)を介してトルクを伝達し、前記カップリング部(11)は、前記洗浄装置の回転軸(19)に固定されたカップリング部と回転可能および軸方向に変位可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記カップリング部(11)は、歯、溝および協働するトラック等の、公知の部品によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の駆動ユニット。
