Description
− 第1反応器においてエチレンを希釈剤と水素と遷移金属に基づく触媒と助触媒とからなる媒体における懸濁物にて重合させて、エチレンポリマー(A)の組成物の全重量に対し47〜52重量%を形成させ:
− ポリマー(A)からなる前記媒体を更に前記反応器から抜き取ると共に、膨張にかけて水素の少なくとも1部を脱ガスし、その後:
− ポリマー(A)およびエチレンと1−ヘキセンもしくは1−オクテンと必要に応じ少なくとも他のα−オレフィン(4〜10個の炭素原子を有する)とからなる前記少なくとも部分脱ガスされた媒体を更なる反応器に導入して懸濁物における重合を行い、エチレンコポリマー(B)の組成物の全重量に対し48〜53重量%を形成させる。
− 10〜30%、好ましくは15〜20%、より好ましくは16〜18重量%の遷移金属:
− 0.5〜20%、好ましくは1〜10%、より好ましくは4〜5重量%のマグネシウム:
− 20〜60%、好ましくは30〜50%、より好ましくは40〜45重量%のハロゲン(たとえば塩素):
− 0.1%〜10%、好ましくは0.5〜5%、より好ましくは2〜3重量%のアルミニウム;
バランスは一般にその製造に用いられる生産物(たとえば炭素、水素および酸素)から生ずる元素よりなっている。これら触媒は好ましくは少なくとも1種の遷移金属組成物およびマグネシウム組成物の共沈により、ハロゲン化有機アルミニウム組成物によって得られる。この種の触媒は公知であり、特に米国特許第3901863号明細書、米国特許第42942200号明細書および米国特許第4617360号明細書に記載されている。触媒は好ましくは第1重合反応器にのみ導入され、すなわち更なる重合反応器への新鮮触媒の導入はない。
− 亀裂の低速波及に対する良好な耐性(FNCT)(100時間より大の標準製造基準ISO/DIS16770.2(2001)(80℃、5.0MPaの応力(アルコパールN100 2%溶液)に記載された方法により測定される破壊時間により反映);
− 亀裂の迅速波及に対する良好な耐性(RCP)(少なくとも10バールに一般に等しい内部圧力における亀裂波形の停止により反映、直径110mmおよび厚さ10mmのパイプにおける0℃にて測定、ISOスタンダードF/DIS13477(1996)に記載された方法S4による);
− 標準ISO/TR9080によるMRS10レートより大のMRSレートに起因しうる良好な長期圧力耐性。
(a)触媒の作成
マグネシウムジエチレートを、チタンとマグネシウムとのモル比が2に等しくなるような量にてチタンテトラブチレートと150℃にて4時間にわたり反応させた。重合級ヘキサンをアルコレート混合物に添加して、溶液1リットル当たり250gの混合物を含有する溶液を得た。その後、このように得られた反応生成物を塩素化すると共に、これをエチルアルミニウムジクロライド溶液と45℃にて90分間にわたり接触させることにより沈殿させた。このように得られる懸濁物から集められた触媒は重量%にて次のもので構成された:
Ti:17;Cl:41;Al:2;Mg:5
イソブタンにおける懸濁物でのエチレンポリマー組成物を直列接続された2つのループ反応器にて製造し、連続的に圧力膨張を行いうる装置により分離した。
実施例1〜6の樹脂に、ポリエチレン組成物100部当たり0.35重量部の酸化防止剤イルガノックス(登録商標)B225と0.075重量部のステアリン酸ジルコニウムと0.025重量部のステアリン酸カルシウムと2.25重量部のカーボンブラックとを添加した。
クリープ耐性
クリープ耐性を、KMおよび/またはバッテンフェルド押出器にてISO1167に従い作成された50mmのSDR17パイプで評価した。圧力試験結果は、標準ISO9080に従い10MPaに等しいMRSレートの基準に従った。
応力亀裂耐性は、ノッチパイプ試験(直径110mm、SDR11、ISO13479に従う)で評価した。
急速亀裂波及は一般に少なくとも10バールに等しい内圧にて測定した(直径110mmおよび厚さ10mmのパイプにてISO13477に記載した方法S4に従い0℃にて測定。)
・ 12.4MPa、20℃にて少なくとも100時間
・ 5.5MPa、80℃にて脆性失格なしに少なくとも165時間
・ 5MPa、80℃にて少なくとも1000時間
応力亀裂耐性につき、全ての樹脂はPE100樹脂につきヨーロッパ要件(EN1555−EN12201−ISO4427−ISO4437)に快適に合格し、これは80℃、5.5MPaにて165時間に少なくとも等しい耐性時間である。全ての樹脂は、急速亀裂波及(RCP)に対し良好な耐性を示す。
Claims (12)
- 0.40〜0.70g/10minのMI5を有すると共に、47〜52重量%の低分子量ポリエチレンフラクションと48〜53重量%の高分子量ポリエチレンフラクションとでなり、ここで高分子量ポリエチレンフラクションはエチレンと1−ヘキセンもしくは1−オクテンとのコポリマーからなることを特徴とするポリエチレン樹脂。
- 低分子量ポリエチレンフラクションが少なくとも0.965g/cm3の密度と5〜1000g/10minのMI2とを有するポリエチレンからなり、高分子量ポリエチレンフラクションが0.910〜0.940g/cm3の密度と0.01〜2g/10minのMI5とを有する請求項1に記載の樹脂。
- 組成物の全重量に対し48〜51重量%のエチレンポリマーフラクション(A)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂。
- 組成物の全重量に対し49〜51重量%のエチレンポリマーフラクション(A)を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の樹脂。
- 957〜963kg/m3の、添加物の顆粒化および添加後の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 0.40〜0.70g/10minのMI5と添加物の顆粒化および添加後における957〜963kg/m3の密度と80℃における少なくとも165時間の応力亀裂耐性時間とEN1555−EN12201−ISO4427−ISO4437の基準に従い5.5MPaとを有するポリエチレン樹脂。
- 47〜52重量%の低分子量ポリエチレンフラクションと48〜53重量%の高分子量ポリエチレンフラクションとからなり、低分子量ポリエチレンフラクションは少なくとも0.965g/cm3の密度と5〜1000g/10minのMI2とを有するポリエチレンからなり、高分子量ポリエチレンフラクションは0.910〜0.940g/cm3の密度と0.01〜2g/10minのMI5とを有する請求項6に記載の樹脂。
- 0.45〜0.65g/10min、好ましくは0.50〜0.60g/10minのMI5を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 顆粒化および添加物の添加後における959〜961kg/m3の密度を有し、または950〜952kg/m3の天然密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 組成物が、1−ヘキセンもしくは1−オクテンから得られる少なくとも0.2モル%かつ最大0.7モル%のモノマー単位からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂からなるパイプまたはパイプ装着具。
- パイプまたはパイプ装着具としての、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂の使用。
