Abstract
【解決手段】収納液の減少により上昇する可動底壁4により下端を閉塞した収納室Rを備え、収納室上に備えたポンプ機構により収納液を汲み上げて吐出口34より吐出する如く構成したポンプ容器であって、吸込み弁Aが、周方向複数の弾性連結片15により周囲を支持されるとともに、吸込み弁孔5を上下動可能に閉塞した弁板14を備え、或いは、外面一部に揺動片を介して開閉可能に支持された弁板を備え、弁板の上昇幅を規制する上昇幅規制機構を設けた。これにより、弁板が所定の上昇位置より上方へ行くことがなく、弾性連結片の確実な弾性復元力を担保した。

Claims (12)
- 周方向複数の弾性連結片15により周囲を支持されるとともに、弁孔を上下動可能に閉塞した弁板14を備え、且つ、弁板14上方に弁板14の上昇幅を規制する上昇幅規制手段を設けたことを特徴とする逆止弁。
- 前記上昇幅規制手段を、弁板14上方所定位置に横設した単数又は複数の横桟16として構成してなる請求項1記載の逆止弁。
- 前記複数の横桟16が、井型に配置された複数の横桟である請求項2記載の逆止弁。
- 前記上昇幅規制手段を、弁板14上方所定位置に横設した横桟16の下面に垂設した単数又は複数の係止突部40として構成した請求項1記載の逆止弁。
- 前記横桟16をシリンダ10中央部を横断して横設し、前記係止突部40を横桟16中央部に垂設した請求項4記載の逆止弁。
- 前記各弾性連結片15が、弁板14外面所定位置より外方へ延びた後弁板14周面に沿って延び、しかる後外方へ延びる形態をなす請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の逆止弁。
- 収納液の減少に伴い上昇する可動底壁4により下端を閉塞した収納室Rと、収納室R上に設けるとともに、収納室R内と吸込み弁Aを介して連通させたシリンダ10と、シリンダ10内を摺動するピストン20と連繋させたステム21の上端に吐出ヘッド22を嵌着して上方付勢状態で押し下げ可能に設けた作動部材11とを備え、作動部材11を上下動させることによりシリンダ10内の液を吐出ヘッド22の吐出口34より吐出する如く構成したポンプ容器であって、前記吸込み弁Aとして、前記請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の逆止弁を設けたことを特徴とするポンプ容器。
- 外面一部に揺動片50を介して開閉可能に支持されるとともに、弁孔を開閉可能に閉塞した弁板14を備え、且つ、弁板14上方に弁板14の開放上昇幅を規制する上昇幅規制手段を設けたことを特徴とする逆止弁。
- 前記上昇幅規制手段が、弁板14上方所定位置に横設した単数又は複数の横桟16として構成した請求項8に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記上昇幅規制手段が、弁板14上方所定位置に所定傾斜角度をなす傾斜面f1を備えた横桟16を横設し、傾斜面f1に弁板14上面が当接係止される如く構成した請求項8に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記上昇幅規制手段を、弁板14上方所定位置に横設した横桟16の下面に垂設し、下面が所定の傾斜面f2をなす係止突部40a として構成した請求項8記載の逆止弁。
- 収納液の減少に伴い上昇する可動底壁4により下端を閉塞した収納室Rと、収納室R上に設けるとともに、収納室R内と吸込み弁Aを介して連通させたシリンダ10と、シリンダ10内を摺動するピストン20と連繋させたステム21の上端に吐出ヘッド22を嵌着して上方付勢状態で押し下げ可能に設けた作動部材11とを備え、作動部材11を上下動させることによりシリンダ10内の液を吐出ヘッド22の吐出口34より吐出する如く構成したポンプ容器であって、前記吸込み弁Aとして、前記請求項8乃至請求項11のいずれかに記載の逆止弁を設けたことを特徴とするポンプ容器。
