相互に個別回転可能に一体となる先筒と軸筒とからなる容器本体と、該容器本体内において先筒の開口部より棒状化粧料を出没させてなるネジ駒及びチャック軸とから構成され、
該先筒は、内周面前後方向に案内溝を有し、
該軸筒は、その内周面にチャック軸の雄ネジ部と噛合する雌ネジ部が螺設されるネジ駒を一体に固持し、
該チャック軸は、チャック部、雄ネジ部、及びそれらの間に一体に形成されるバネ部からなり、該チャック部は、その前端縁において棒状化粧料を把持するとともに、その側面に、前記先筒の内周面に設けられた案内溝に遊嵌する突条縁が設けられ、更に、その後端縁には径外方向に突出する鍔部が周設され、該雄ネジ部は、前記ネジ駒の雌ネジ部と噛合し、該バネ部は、上記チャック部と雄ネジ部との間において、該容器本体前後方向に伸縮自在に形成され、
