Claims (1)

軸筒と先筒とからなる化粧料容器本体と、該先筒の開口部に対して脱着自在となるキャップから構成され、
該化粧料容器本体内には、棒状化粧料を突出可能に収容する棒状化粧料収容体、該棒状化粧料収容体を先筒の開口部より出没自在とする収容体出没機構、及び棒状化粧料を前記棒状化粧料収容体より突出させてなる棒状化粧料突出機構を内装し、
該化粧料容器本体は、離脱不能であって、且つ相互に回転可能となる回転嵌合部を持って一体となる先筒と軸筒からなり、該先筒の後端側内周面には前後方向に案内溝を溝設するものであり、
該棒状化粧料収容体は、筒状の芯筒と、該芯筒内で棒状化粧料を保持する芯チャックからなり、
収容体出没機構はネジ筒と回転筒と回止筒とからなり、該ネジ筒は内周面に螺旋状のネジ溝をネジ筒の先端縁に至らない範囲で刻設し、該回転筒は、前記ネジ溝に遊嵌する係合突起を外周に設けるとともに、該係合突起の前方には回止筒の後端縁を係止する鍔部を周設し、又、その内周面にはラチェット機構を構成する可動カムのローレットと噛合するローレットを設けてなり、該回止筒は、先筒の内周面に前後方向に溝設する案内溝に遊嵌、案内される係止突起を外周面に突設するものであって、前記回転筒と回止筒とは離脱不能且つ相互に個別回転可能に結合され、
該棒状化粧料突出機構は、ネジ軸とラチェット機構とスリーブとからなり、該ネジ軸はその外周面に雄ネジ部を螺設してなり、該ラチェット機構は固定カムと可動カム及び回転筒内において可動カムを固定カム側へ押勢するスプリングとからなって、可動カムの回転方向を、収容体出没機構によって棒状化粧料収容体を先筒の開口部より突出させるために必要となる軸筒の回転方向のみに規制し、該スリーブは、その内周面に前記ネジ軸の外周面に螺設された雄ネジ部に螺合する雌ネジ部を配設してなり、
軸筒と離脱不能且つ相互に個別回転不能に結合されたネジ筒のネジ溝に回転筒の係合突起を遊嵌して一体とした上で、該回転筒とネジ軸とを離脱不能且つ相互に個別回転不能に結合するとともに、該回転筒の内部に設けたローレットに可動カムの外周に存するローレットを噛合させ、回転筒内に設けたスプリングの弾撥力によって、回止筒と係合して回転不能である固定カムに対して可動カムを、棒状化粧料収容体を先筒の開口部より突出させるために必要となる軸筒の回転方向と同方向へのみ回転可能に規制し、又、該回転筒と離脱不能且つ相互に個別回転可能に結合された回止筒は、その前方側において前記芯筒の後端側と離脱不能且つ相互に個別回転不能に結合され、更に、スリーブの先端側においてスリーブと芯チャックとを離脱不能且つ相互に個別回転不能となるよう一体とすることにより、軸筒の回転によるネジ筒の回転によって回転筒を軸筒内において前後方向に摺動可能とし、当該回転筒の摺動によって棒状化粧料収容体を先筒の開口部より出没自在とするとともに、該棒状化粧料収容体が先筒の開口部より突出した状態で更に同方向へ軸筒を回転させることによって、回転筒の回転によるネジ軸の回転によってスリーブを前方へ摺動させて、該スリーブと一体となる芯チャックの前進によって棒状化粧料を芯筒より突出させてなることを特徴とする棒状化粧料容器。
