Abstract
【解決手段】ミキシングパイプ9Bの入側端部におけるパティキュレートフィルタ5の出側に近い位置に第一開口部12を形成し且つ出側から遠い位置には第一開口部12と直径方向に対峙する第二開口部13を形成し、パティキュレートフィルタ5から出た全ての排気ガス3がミキシングパイプ9Bの入側端部の周囲を一方向に旋回するように流れを誘導する第一仕切板16と、該第一仕切板16により誘導される排気ガス3の流れを二分して旋回方向内側の流れを第一開口部12に対し接線方向から導入せしめる第二仕切板17と、残りの旋回方向外側の流れを第二開口部13に対し接線方向から導入せしめる第三仕切板18とをガス集合室9Aの下流側端部9a内に設ける。

Claims (2)
- パティキュレートフィルタと、その下流側に備えられて酸素共存下でも選択的にNOxをアンモニアと反応せしめる選択還元型触媒と、パティキュレートフィルタの出側から出た排気ガスを選択還元型触媒の入側に導く連絡流路と、該連絡流路の途中に尿素水を添加する尿素水添加手段とを備えた排気浄化装置であって、パティキュレートフィルタの出側端部を包囲し且つ該出側端部から出た排気ガスを略直角な向きに方向転換させつつ集合せしめるガス集合室と、該ガス集合室で集められた排気ガスを再び略直角な向きに方向転換させて抜き出すミキシングパイプとにより前記連絡流路の上流部分を構成し、ミキシングパイプの入側端部の周囲を所要の空間を隔てて被包し且つ該入側端部の開口端面を閉塞するようにガス集合室の下流側端部をミキシングパイプの入側端部と接続し、該ミキシングパイプの入側端部におけるパティキュレートフィルタの出側に近い位置に第一開口部を形成し且つ出側から遠い位置には前記第一開口部と直径方向に対峙する第二開口部を形成し、パティキュレートフィルタの出側から出た全ての排気ガスが前記第一開口部を最上流部としてミキシングパイプの入側端部の周囲を一方向に旋回するように流れを誘導する第一仕切板と、該第一仕切板により誘導される排気ガスの流れを二分して旋回方向内側の流れを前記第一開口部に対し接線方向から導入せしめる第二仕切板と、残りの旋回方向外側の流れを前記第二開口部に対し接線方向から導入せしめる第三仕切板とを前記ガス集合室の下流側端部内に設けたことを特徴とする排気浄化装置。
- ミキシングパイプの入側端部と、該ミキシングパイプの入側端部周囲を取り巻くガス集合室の下流側端部との間の空間を、前記ミキシングパイプの入側端部の周囲に誘導される排気ガスの流れに対応したスクロール形状を付して形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
