Abstract

Description
本発明は一般に、初期マシン故障またはプロセス異常の早期検出および診断の分野に関する。より詳細には、本発明は、プロセスおよびマシンをモデルベースで監視すること、ならびに経験ベースで診断することを対象とする。
従来のセンサ・しきい値ベースの制御および警報の欠点に対処するために、産業用プロセス制御、機械制御、システム監視、条件ベースの監視において、種々の新規かつ高度な技法が出現してきた。従来の技法は、プロセスまたはマシンの個々の計量値の大まかな変化に対して応答するだけでしかなく、予測できないシャットダウン、機器損傷、製品品質の損失、または大惨事を招く安全上の問題を防止するための、適切な警告を発することができない場合が多かった。
本発明は、マシンおよびプロセスのためのモデルベース監視システムにおける診断機能を提供する。任意のタイプのセンサが装備された物理パラメータを介してマシンまたはプロセスを決まった課程でオンライン監視することの一部として、診断条件のライブラリを提供する。オンライン監視によって生成された出力を診断条件ライブラリと比較し、これらの出力の中に1つまたは複数の診断条件のサインが認識された場合、システムは、起ころうとしている可能性のある故障モードの診断を行う。

Claims (33)
- システムにおける故障を診断するための監視装置であって、
前記システムからの監視されたパラメータデータに応答して前記監視されたパラメータデータの推算値を生成する類似性エンジンと、
前記推算値と前記監視されたパラメータデータとの比較に応答してパラメータアラートを生成するように配置されたアラートモジュールと、
前記パラメータアラートを、起ころうとしている故障モードに関連する少なくとも1つのリファレンスアラートパターンと照合することによって、前記システムにおける前記起ころうとしている故障モードを識別する手段と
を備える装置。 - 前記アラートモジュールが少なくとも1つのパラメータに対して逐次確率比試験を行う、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アラートモジュールが、推算値と対応する前記監視されたパラメータデータとの差が選択されたしきい値を超えたときにアラートを生成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 監視されるシステムにおける故障を診断する方法であって、
前記監視されるシステムからの監視されるパラメータデータと、前記監視されるシステムの既知の挙動の特性のリファレンスパラメータデータとの類似性について比較するステップと、
前記類似性の比較に基づいて、監視されるパラメータデータの推算値を生成するステップと、
前記推算値と前記監視されるパラメータデータとの比較に応答してアラートを生成するステップと、
前記パラメータのアラートを、起ころうとしている故障モードに関連する少なくとも1つのリファレンスアラートパターンと照合することによって、前記監視されるシステムにおいて前記起ころうとしている故障モードを識別するステップと
を備える方法。 - 前記アラートを生成するステップが、少なくとも1つのパラメータに対して逐次確率比試験を実施するステップを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記アラートを生成するステップが、推算値と対応する監視されるパラメータデータとの差が選択されたしきい値を超えるときにアラートを生成するステップを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- システムにおける故障を診断するための監視装置であって、
前記システムからの監視されるパラメータデータに応答して前記監視されるパラメータデータの推算値を生成する類似性エンジンと、
前記推算値と前記監視されるパラメータデータとの差を求めて残余データを生成する手段と、
前記残余データと、起ころうとしている故障モードに関連するリファレンス残余データとの類似性に関して比較を行うことによって、前記起ころうとしている故障モードを認識する手段と
を備える装置。 - 前記システムのための制御プログラムへ修正制御コマンドを通信する手段を更に備える請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記システムを修復制御するように、前記認識手段からの前記システムの起ころうとしている故障の認識に応答して、前記システムを動作させるための制御モジュールを更に備える請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記システムの既知の挙動の特性であるリファレンスパラメータデータを記憶して、前記推算値の生成のために前記類似性エンジンへ提供するための、プロファイルデータ記憶装置を更に備える請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記リファレンス残余データと関連する故障モード識別データとを記憶するための故障モードデータ記憶装置を更に備える請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記故障モードデータ記憶装置が、故障モードに特有の修正ステップに関する情報も記憶する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 監視されるシステムにおける故障を診断する方法であって、
前記監視されるシステムからの監視されるパラメータデータと、前記監視されるシステムの既知の挙動の特性のリファレンスパラメータデータとを類似性について比較するステップと、
前記類似性の比較に基づいて前記監視されるパラメータデータの推算値を生成するステップと、
前記推算値と前記監視されるパラメータデータとの差を求めて残余データを生成するステップと、
前記残余データと、故障モードに関連するリファレンス残余データとの、
前記故障モードの診断指示としての類似性に関して比較するステップと
を備える方法。 - 前記監視されるシステムのための制御プログラムへ修正制御コマンドを通信するステップを更に備える請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記の残余の類似性に関して比較する前記ステップに基づいて、起ころうとしている故障モードを認識するステップと、
起ころうとしている前記監視されるシステムの故障の認識に応答して前記監視されるシステムを修正するように制御するステップと
を更に備える請求項13に記載の方法。 - 監視されるシステムにおける故障を診断するためのコンピュータプログラム製品であって、
前記監視されるシステムの挙動を特徴付ける残余信号に応答してアラートを生成するための残余テストプログラムモジュールと、
前記アラートを受け取り、前記アラートが故障に関連するリファレンスパターンと整合すると前記監視されるシステムにおける故障を示すように配置された故障パターン検出プログラムモジュールと
を備えるプログラム製品。 - 前記残余テストプログラムモジュールが前記残余に対して逐次確率比試験を実施する、請求項16に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 前記残余テストプログラムモジュールが、残余をしきい値と比較して、前記残余が前記しきい値を超える場合にアラートを生成する、請求項16に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 前記監視されるシステムからのパラメータ信号の推算値を生成し、前記パラメータ信号と前記推算値との差を求めて前記残余信号を生成するように配置された経験モデルプログラムモジュールを更に備える請求項16に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 前記経験モデルプログラムモジュールが前記推算値を生成するために類似性演算子を用いる、請求項19に記載のコンピュータプログラム製品。
- マシンのための診断監視システムを形成する方法であって、
複数の同様のマシンにセンサを装備するステップと、
前記複数の同様のマシンを動作させて、動作を特徴付ける動作センサデータを収集するステップと、
前記複数の同様のマシンそれぞれを故障時に分析して故障モードを決定し、前記故障モードを前記診断監視システムで使用するために記憶するステップと、
各マシンが故障する前の選択された期間に収集された、前記動作センサデータの故障前兆部分を選択するステップと、
前記故障前兆のデータ部分のそれぞれを少なくとも1つの故障サインデータセットへと洗練し、各セットを対応する故障モードに関連付けるステップと
を備える方法。 - 前記洗練する前記ステップが、動作センサデータの時間相関スナップショットを選択するステップを備える、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記洗練する前記ステップが、少なくとも選択された故障前兆データの部分に対応する推算センサデータの時間相関スナップショットを生成し、前記推算値と前記選択された故障前兆データとの差を求めて残余スナップショットを形成し、前記故障モードに関連付けられる少なくとも1つの残余スナップショットを選択するステップを備える、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記推算センサデータが、収集された前記動作センサデータに基づいて経験モデルによって生成される、請求項23に記載の方法。
- プロセスおよびマシンから選択されたセンサ装備されたシステムのための診断監視装置であって、
前記センサ装備されたシステムをモデル化し、前記センサの実際値の受け取りに応答して前記センサの推算値を生成するための動作モデルモジュールと、
前記推算値および前記実際値から残余信号を生成するための差分モジュールと、
故障モードおよび関連する残余データ値を記憶するためのリファレンスライブラリと、
生成された残余信号と前記残余データ値とを比較して、前記センサ装備されたシステムに関する認識された故障モードを選択して出力するように配置された故障モード認識エンジンと
を備える診断監視装置。 - 前記故障モード認識エンジンが、生成された前記残余信号と前記リファレンスライブラリの前記残余データ値との比較に対する類似性スコアを生成するための類似性演算モジュールを備える、請求項25に記載の診断監視装置。
- 前記故障モード認識エンジンが、前記類似性演算モジュールによって生成された前記類似性スコアに応答して、出力するための少なくとも1つの故障モードを選択する故障モード判断モジュールを更に備える、請求項26に記載の診断監視装置。
- プロセスおよびマシンから選択されたセンサ装備されたシステムのための診断監視装置であって、
前記センサ装備されたシステムをモデル化し、前記センサの実際値の受け取りに応答して前記センサの推算値を生成するための動作モデルモジュールと、
前記推算値および前記実際値から残余信号を生成するための差分モジュールと、
前記残余信号を受け取り、それに応答してアラートを生成するように配置されたテストモジュールと、
故障モードおよび関連するアラートサインを記憶するためのリファレンスライブラリと、
生成されたアラートと前記アラートサインとを比較して、前記センサ装備されたシステムに関する認識された故障モードを選択して出力するように配置された故障モード認識エンジンと
を備える診断監視装置。 - プロセスおよびマシンから選択されたセンサ装備されたシステムのための診断監視装置であって、
前記センサ装備されたシステムから動作中に現在センサデータを受け取るためのセンサ入力手段と、
前記センサ装備されたシステムから故障モードおよび関連するセンサデータのスナップショットを記憶するためのリファレンスライブラリと、
現在センサデータと前記スナップショットとを比較して、前記センサ装備されたシステムに関する認識された故障モードを選択して出力するように配置された故障モード認識エンジンと
を備える診断監視装置。 - 前記故障モード認識エンジンが、前記現在センサデータと前記リファレンスライブラリに記憶されたセンサデータのスナップショットとの比較に対しての類似性スコアを生成するための類似性演算モジュールを備える、請求項29に記載の診断監視装置。
- 前記故障モード認識エンジンが、前記類似性演算モジュールによって生成された前記類似性スコアに応答して、出力するために少なくとも1つの故障モードを選択する故障モード判断モジュールを更に備える、請求項30に記載の診断監視装置。
- 前記故障モード判断モジュールが、前記リファレンスライブラリの何れかのスナップショットについての最高の類似性スコアに基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの故障モードを選択する、請求項31に記載の診断監視装置。
- 前記故障判断モジュールが、前記リファレンスライブラリの各故障モードに関連するスナップショットのセットにわたっての最高の平均類似性スコアに基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの故障モードを選択する、請求項31に記載の診断監視装置。
