Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet used for interior members, wall surfaces, floor surfaces, ceilings, furniture, furniture, and the like of buildings, and particularly relates to a decorative sheet having a deep embossed pattern on the surface.
The decorative sheet used for the above application is bonded to a decorative board substrate, grooved with a woodworking machine, etc., and the groove portion is colored to improve the design and feel. A three-dimensional effect can be formed by providing a deep embossed pattern.
The present invention has been made in order to solve this problem. The object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet that does not weaken interlayer adhesion, heat resistance, and weather resistance even when deep embossing is performed. .
The present invention is for solving such problems, and the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that an anchor coat layer made of a patterned pattern layer and a two-component curable urethane resin is formed on a base material made of an olefin-based colored resin. In the decorative sheet comprising at least a polypropylene resin adhesive layer, a transparent polypropylene resin layer, and a surface protective layer in this order, embossing that gives a maximum depth of 120 μm or more from the surface and does not exceed the total thickness of the decorative sheet is given. The polypropylene resin-based adhesive layer is a decorative sheet comprising a maleic acid-modified polypropylene resin and an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber added with a compatibilized rubber.
The invention according to claim 2 is the decorative sheet according to claim 1, wherein the compatibilized rubber is made of a polyethylene / ethylene butylene / polyethylene block copolymer.
According to the invention of the present invention, by using a compatibilized rubber as maleic acid-modified polypropylene resin and ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber as the adhesive resin, the stress history and thermal history when embossing is eased. It becomes possible to prevent the lowering of the interlayer adhesion strength due to these. In particular, the use of a polyethylene / ethylene butylene / polyethylene block copolymer is preferable because it has good binding properties to polyethylene at both ends.
