Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a braking device for a vehicle such as an automobile, and in particular, when a vehicle that has been braked in a stopped state is released from braking and begins to creep, the brake device is prevented from generating an abnormal noise called a creep glon. To do.
It is known that an abnormal noise may occur when a vehicle creeps under braking, which is called a creep glone.
The techniques described in the above-mentioned
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicular braking device that can cope with the occurrence of creep glon without delay by minimizing the degree of braking force deviating from a predetermined target value in order to suppress creep glon. .
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a vehicle braking apparatus configured to brake the rotation of a wheel by pressing a brake pad against a brake disc with a pressing force corresponding to the degree of depression of a brake pedal. A value corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal, starting from when the wheel stopped due to braking starts to rotate with a decrease in the degree of depression of the brake pedal, and temporarily presses the brake pad against the brake disc The present invention proposes a vehicular braking apparatus characterized by further reduction.
The wheel that was stopped by braking began to rotate as the degree of depression of the brake pedal began to decrease, because the ratio of the braking torque acting on the wheel to the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc began to decrease. It may be detected.
The temporary reduction of the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc may be set to a value that does not cause repeated reversal of static friction engagement and dynamic friction engagement between the brake disc and the brake pad.
The temporary reduction of the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc may be performed so as to maintain the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc at a constant value, and the constant pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc. The value may be maintained until the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal reaches the certain value.
When the degree of depression of the brake pedal turns in the increasing direction during the temporary reduction of the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc, the temporary reduction of the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc is stopped. It's okay.
The pressing force that presses the brake pad against the brake disc may be replaced by the brake hydraulic pressure supplied to the wheel cylinder, and the degree of depression of the brake pedal is determined by the depression force of the brake pedal (pedal depression force) or the depression stroke of the brake pedal (pedal stroke) May be replaced by
In a vehicle such as an automobile, the brake pedal is depressed to some degree sufficient to maintain the vehicle in a stopped state, for example, as represented by the pedal effort Fd1 in FIG. Correspondingly, the brake pad is pressed against the brake disc by the hydraulic pressure shown as the braking hydraulic pressure Pb1 in the figure, and the vehicle is applied with the driving force from the engine that is idling through the torque converter. Assuming that the brake pedal is stopped, the degree of depression of the brake pedal is reduced starting from time t1, and the force for pressing the brake pad against the brake disc is reduced correspondingly as shown in FIG. In the beginning, the braking force by static friction is acting between the brake disc and the brake pad, so the wheel does not rotate, the pedal Force is reduced to Fd2, the driving force brake hydraulic pressure corresponding thereto is applied to the wheel at a time point t2 that has dropped to Pb2 overcomes the braking force, the wheel begins to rotate.
When the wheel starts to rotate, the braking applied between the brake disc and the brake pad is a braking by dynamic friction, so that the friction coefficient is remarkably reduced, and the braking torque Tb applied to the wheel suddenly drops from the value of Tb1 and is applied to the wheel. A large difference occurs for a moment between the braking force and the driving force. At this time, since the wheel has elasticity due to the tire, the wheel portion of the wheel including the brake disk suddenly rotates by a small angle for a moment prior to the rotation of the tire within the range allowed by the elasticity of the tire. However, after this momentary sudden rotation at a very small angle, at the next moment, the brake disc stops rotating as a reaction, and there is no relative movement between the brake disc and the brake pad. Returning to static friction engagement, the braking torque applied to the wheels increases rapidly.
However, since this static friction engagement is broken immediately, the same dynamic friction engagement and static friction engagement are repeated subsequently, and the braking torque is changed up and down as shown in FIG. However, in FIG. 4, for the convenience of illustration, the fluctuation period of the braking torque with respect to the time axis is shown greatly enlarged. This phenomenon is thought to be accompanied by the occurrence of creep glones. Such creep glones continue until time te when the vehicle speed reaches a value Ve that does not leave a moment when static friction engagement occurs between the brake disc and the brake pad.
Therefore, in a vehicle braking device configured to brake the rotation of a wheel by pressing a brake pad against a brake disc with a pressing force corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal, the wheel that has been stopped by braking is braked. Starting from when the pedal starts to rotate with a decrease in the degree of depression of the pedal, if the pressing force that temporarily presses the brake pad against the brake disc is reduced below the value corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal, the above As a result, it is possible to avoid fluctuations in braking torque due to phenomena such as the above, and to suppress creep glones, the degree of braking force deviating from a predetermined target value corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal is minimized, and Can be suppressed prior to occurrence.
FIG. 1 is a graph similar to FIG. 4 showing the principle of creep creep suppression according to the present invention. As shown in this graph, according to the present invention, starting from the time when the wheel stopped by braking starts to rotate as the degree of depression of the brake pedal starts (time t2), The pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc represented by the hydraulic pressure is temporarily reduced from a value corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal, whereby the braking torque is reduced as shown in the figure, as shown in FIG. Occurrence of an oscillating change in braking torque is avoided.
The fact that the wheel that has been stopped by braking has started to rotate as the degree of depression of the brake pedal can be detected by directly detecting the rotation of the wheel by the rotation sensor. In order to detect the start of creep rotation by the rotation sensor, it is difficult to detect the rotation start time clearly and accurately because the rotation speed is low.
In this regard, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, when the pressing force (braking hydraulic pressure in the graph) that presses the brake pad against the brake disc gradually decreases while the wheel is braked in a stopped state, the braking torque due to static friction is Until it reaches the limit, if the driving force applied to the wheel is constant, it is maintained at a constant value. Therefore, the ratio Tb of the braking torque to the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc (braking oil pressure in the graph) / Pb gradually increases from Tb1 / Pb1, and when the braking torque that can be generated by static friction can no longer resist the driving torque and the wheel starts to rotate (time point t2), the Tb / Pb that has increased until then The value drops sharply at Tb1 / Pb2, which makes it possible to clearly detect when the wheel starts to rotate.
If the temporary reduction of the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc is not more than a value that does not cause repetitive reversal of static friction engagement and dynamic friction engagement between the brake disc and the brake pad, the braking torque described with reference to FIG. It is possible to reliably avoid vibration fluctuations.
If the temporary reduction of the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc is performed so as to maintain the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc at a constant value, the target pressing force corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal gradually decreases. Therefore, the connection can be made without causing a large step when returning to the target pressing force corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal than the pressing force temporarily reduced at the end of maintaining the constant value. In this case, if the constant value is maintained until the brake pad pressing force corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal reaches the constant value in particular, the target pressing corresponding to the degree of depression of the brake pedal at the end of the constant value maintenance is performed. Connection to pressure is smoother.
When the degree of depression of the brake pedal turns in the increasing direction during the temporary reduction of the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc, the temporary reduction of the pressing force pressing the brake pad against the brake disc is stopped. Then, as shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 1, when the driver turns around while reducing the degree of depression of the brake pedal and starts to increase the degree of depression of the brake pedal, the driver's intention to brake is not disturbed. The pad pressing force temporary reduction control can be immediately released.

In

In the
In the subsequent step 80, the target brake hydraulic pressure Pbt is calculated as a function f (Fd) of Fd corresponding to the pedal depression force Fd detected by the
In the following

From the beginning of the control start according to this flowchart, m = 1? When the vehicle speed is not 0 and the vehicle is not in the driving state subject to control according to the present invention, or when the answer to step 20 is yes and braking proceeds to step 30, 1 has not reached time t2 in the graph of FIG. 1 and the answer to step 50 is no, or even when the control proceeds to step 70 and the subsequent steps, the driver turns around to increase the brake pedal. First, when the answer to step 90 turns from yes to no (time t3), the control proceeds to step 120, and the degree of depression of the brake pedal is the same as in step 80 described above. Corresponding to the pedal depression force Fd detected by 48A / 48B, the target braking hydraulic pressure Pbt is calculated as a function f (Fd) of Fd. Control to run as pressure Pb is performed.
Even when the brake hydraulic pressure reduction control in
When the degree of depression of the brake pedal is reduced to 0 as it is, the answer to step 140 becomes yes when it becomes 0. At this time, the control proceeds to step 150 and the flag m is reset to 0. Until then, the answer to step 140 is no and step 150 is bypassed.
