Abstract
【解決手段】2つ以上の蒸発器3、4を備えた車両用空調装置であって、各蒸発器3、4に対応する内部熱交換器5、6をそれぞれ設け、第1の蒸発器3を乗員室前方部8Aに配置すると共に第2の蒸発器4を乗員室後方部8Bに配置し、前記第2の蒸発器4を、エンジンルーム7から乗員室8へと配索された内部熱交換器6に接続させている。その内部熱交換器6は、高圧冷媒流路13と低圧冷媒流路14の熱交換部の間に断熱部15を設けた3重管構造とする。

Claims (7)
- 圧縮機(1)と、該圧縮機(1)から吐出された冷媒を外気と熱交換する外部熱交換器(2)と、
外部熱交換器(2)で熱交換された冷媒が二つ以上で並列の分岐路(18,19)に分岐され、
各分岐路(18,19)に少なくとも一つの蒸発器(3,4)が接続され、
各蒸発器(3,4)で蒸発された冷媒を合流部(20)で合流させ、その合流させた冷媒を圧縮機(1)に供給する車両用空調装置であって、
夫々の分岐路(18,19)に接続される蒸発器(3,4)の入口側に減圧装置(9,10)が設けられ、
減圧装置(9,10)の入口側冷媒と、蒸発器(3,4)の出口側冷媒とが熱交換可能とされた
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
分岐路(18,19)の数と蒸発器(3,4)の数が同数である
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
第1の分岐路(18)が乗員室前方部(8A)に配置された蒸発器(3)に接続され、
第2の分岐路(19)が車両後方に延在し、乗員室後方部(8B)に配置された蒸発器(4)に接続されている
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
第1、第2の分岐路(18,19)に接続される減圧装置(9,10)の入口側冷媒と、蒸発器(3,4)の出口側冷媒とを熱交換させる部位は管状の熱交換器で形成されており、
前記管状の熱交換器のうち、第2の分岐路(19)の管状の熱交換器は第1の分岐路(18)の管状の熱交換器よりも長さあたりの熱交換を少なくしている
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
減圧装置(9,10)の入口側冷媒と蒸発器(3,4)の出口側冷媒とを熱交換させる部位に断熱部(15)を設けた
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5の何れかに記載の車両用空調装置であって、
冷媒を二酸化炭素ガスとし、外部熱交換器(2)内の冷媒が冷媒の臨界圧力以上で運転される
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項6に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
圧縮機(1)の作動時に常時流通する一つの分岐路(18,19)を有し、
前記分岐路(18,19)に接続される蒸発器(3,4)の出口側と前記管状の熱交換器の入口の間にアキュムレータ(21,22)を配置した
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。
