Abstract
Description
本発明は、ICチップに記録されたID(Identification:識別情報)などの情報をRF(Radio Frequency:無線周波数)で送信するRFID(Radio Frequency Identification)タグに関し、特に、組立作業中の溶接加工品などに装着して好適なRFIDタグに関する。 The present invention relates to an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag that transmits information such as ID (Identification) recorded on an IC chip by RF (Radio Frequency: radio frequency), and in particular, a welded product being assembled. The present invention relates to an RFID tag that is suitable for being mounted on a device.
An RFID tag includes a small IC chip and a small antenna, and information such as an ID recorded on the IC chip can be transmitted wirelessly (RF) from the small antenna. As a result, information recorded on the IC chip with the reader / writer is read without contact.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, attention has been focused on a technique for identifying and managing an article by attaching such an RFID tag to the article.
By the way, the conventional general RFID tag is configured so that the IC chip and the antenna are covered with a resin material or the like so that the IC chip and the like are protected. However, at the assembly site of industrial products, there is an environment in which welding sparks fly. In such an environment, the resin material or the like may be melted by the welding spark, so that such an RFID tag cannot be used. Therefore, in such an environment, it is conceivable to cover the RFID tag with a metal material instead of a resin material, and use such an RFID tag. However, when the RFID tag is covered with the metal material, the RFID tag The communication distance is not secured, and the information of the RFID tag may not be read accurately by the reader / writer. For this reason, such an RFID tag cannot be employed.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an RFID tag that can be suitably used even in an environment where welding sparks fly.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present application have found that a member obtained by baking and carbonizing acrylic fibers does not affect radio waves used for communication of RFID tags, and accurate information is exchanged with a reader / writer. As a result, the present invention has been completed.
That is, the present invention is an RFID tag mounted with an inlet composed of an IC chip and an antenna, wherein the inlet is covered with a member obtained by firing and carbonizing an acrylic fiber. By adopting such a configuration, since the member has flame resistance, it can be suitably used without damage to the inlet even in an environment line where welding sparks fly around at the assembly site of industrial products. In addition, accurate information can be communicated with the reader / writer. In addition, by covering the inlet with a member in a state having a predetermined thickness around the inlet, and forming the predetermined distance between the inlet and the object to be mounted with this thickness, the member is attached to the inlet. It functions as a spacer interposed between the object and the communication distance of the RFID tag is secured, and a good communication state is secured. Here, the “predetermined thickness” means that the RFID tag is attached to a reader / writer when the RFID tag is attached to, for example, a metal attachment object having a property that hinders the communication property of the RFID tag. The thickness at which the inlet is properly separated from the attachment so as to ensure accurate communication.
Further, by forming the member in a bag shape, an RFID tag capable of accurately communicating information with the reader / writer without damaging the inlet can be easily configured. Further, by forming the member into a sheet shape, an RFID tag having excellent workability and excellent productivity can be obtained.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the RFID tag which can be used conveniently also in the environment where welding sparks fly is obtained.
Hereinafter, a preferred example of an RFID tag according to the best mode for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “embodiment”) will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1A, an
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the
As described above, when the
The width of the
Next, FIG. 1 will be described with respect to the
As the flame

The
For example, if the
In addition, when the
FIG. 3 shows a modification of the
The
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the attachment to the article C as the article to be attached is a surface on which the double-sided
As shown in FIG. 3C, without using the double-sided
According to the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4A, the
The

(5) Since it can be easily attached to the article C in the course of assembly flowing through the welding line, it becomes possible to manage the assembly process of the article C, and the article C is transferred to the next process without performing any work in the process. It is possible to avoid artificial mistakes such as being delivered. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent an incomplete product from being generated due to an incomplete operation, and to greatly reduce the cost.
