Abstract
【解決手段】ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、発泡剤、触媒、整泡剤を含む発泡原料から形成された軟質ポリウレタンフォームよりなる衝撃緩衝材において、発泡剤を水とし、触媒には官能基を有する反応性触媒を含み、整泡剤が活性水素を有するシリコン化合物からなると共に、発泡剤としての水の量をポリオール100重量部に対して0.8〜1.2重量部にし、またイソシアネートインデックスを100〜110とした。

Claims (4)
- ポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、発泡剤、触媒、整泡剤を含む発泡原料から形成された軟質ポリウレタンフォームよりなる衝撃緩衝材において、
前記発泡剤は水からなり、
前記触媒は官能基を有する反応性触媒を含み、
前記整泡剤は活性水素を有するシリコン化合物からなり、
前記発泡剤としての水の量が前記ポリオール100重量部に対して0.8〜1.2重量部、イソシアネートインデックスが100〜110であることを特徴とする衝撃緩衝材。 - 前記ポリイソシアネートが2,4−トルエンジイソシアネート/2,6−トルエンジイソシアネート=65/35であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃緩衝材。
- 前記整泡剤が活性水素を有する直鎖のシリコン化合物からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の衝撃緩衝材。
- 前記軟質ポリウレタンフォームの密度が80kg/m3以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の衝撃緩衝材。
