Abstract
Description

Claims (17)
- 特に車両の内燃機関の排気ガスを分析するためのラムダプローブであり、ガスプローブ(1)の感度の高いセンサ要素(3)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む少なくとも1つの保護装置(2)を有し、該感度の高いセンサ要素(3)がガスと接触するガスプローブ(1)であって、少なくとも1つの保護装置(2)が、少なくとも部分的に吸湿面を有するガス接触面(4)を有することを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- 請求項1に記載のガスプローブ(1)であって、吸湿面に、高温に強い乾燥剤(6)を有利に備えるコーティング(5)が少なくとも部分的に形成されることを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- 請求項2に記載のガスプローブ(1)であって、コーティング(5)が、10μmから50μmの範囲内の層厚さ(7)を有することを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- 請求項2または3に記載のガスプローブ(1)であって、コーティング(5)の単位体積あたりの細孔の量が30%から90%の範囲内にある孔隙率をコーティング(5)が有することを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- 請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のガスプローブ(1)であって、コーティング(5)が酸化物、特に酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウムおよび酸化アルミニウムのうち少なくとも1つを備えることを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- 請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のガスプローブ(1)であって、コーティング(5)が触媒作用を有する成分、特に貴金属(9)を有することを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のガスプローブ(1)であって、ガスと接触する他の構成部品、特にガスプローブ(1)のベース体(10)も、少なくとも部分的に吸湿面を有することを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のガスプローブ(1)であって、少なくとも1つの保護装置(2)が、高温に強く、深絞りが可能である材料からなるキャップであることを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の、構成部品として少なくとも1つの保護装置(2)と、ベース体(10)とを少なくとも備えるガスプローブ(1)であって、少なくとも1つの構成部品が、酸化物を形成する表面を備える材料からなることを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のガスプローブ(1)であって、少なくとも1つの保護装置(2)が電気的に加熱可能であることを特徴とするガスプローブ。
- ガスプローブ(1)のガスと接触する感度の高いセンサ要素(3)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む少なくとも1つの保護装置(2)と、ベース体(10)とを有するガスプローブ(1)、特に車両の内燃機関の排気ガスを分析するためのラムダプローブの製造方法であって、少なくとも1つの保護装置(2)またはベース体(10)の少なくともいずれかが、少なくとも部分的に吸湿コーティング(5)を備える方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法であって、コーティング(5)が施される表面が前処理され、
特に酸化物が形成される方法。 - 請求項11または12に記載の方法であって、少なくとも1つの保護装置(2)またはベース体(10)の少なくともいずれかに、コーティングの前にアルミめっきが施される方法。
- 請求項13に記載の方法であって、少なくとも1つの保護装置(2)が、成形部品、特に深絞り部品であり、成形工程前にアルミめっき工程が行われ、均質化工程が成形ステップの後に有利に行われる方法。
- 請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、コーティング(5)の塗布が、吹付け、浸漬、スパッタリング、溶射の製造ステップの少なくともいずれか1つを備える方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のガスプローブ(1)を少なくとも1つ備える排気ガス浄化部品。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のガスプローブ(1)を少なくとも1つ備える排気系統を有する車両。
