Abstract
【解決手段】排気冷却装置であって、熱交換領域(5)を収容したハウジング(2)と、熱交換領域(5)および/またはバイパス通路(6)内の排気流を調節するための調節部材とを備え、ハウジング(2)が排気冷却装置(1)の縦方向で単一部分で構成されており、調節部材がハウジング(2)内に配置されていることを特徴とする排気冷却装置。

Claims (12)
- 排気冷却装置であって、熱交換領域(5)を収容したハウジング(2)と、熱交換領域(5)および/またはバイパス通路(6)内の排気流を調節するための調節部材とを備え、ハウジング(2)が排気冷却装置(1)の縦方向で単一部分で構成されており、調節部材がハウジング(2)内に配置されていることを特徴とする排気冷却装置。
- 調節部材がフラップ(4)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の排気冷却装置。
- フラップ(4)が多部分で構成されており、フラップ(4)の揺動軸(7)を形成する軸(7’)が、排気流を調節するフラップ(4)部分とは分離して構成されており、この部分が軸(7’)の組立て後にこの軸に取付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の排気冷却装置。
- 排気流を調節するフラップ(4)部分が溶接または熱半田付または圧着によって軸(7’)に取付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の排気冷却装置。
- 調節部材が排気入口領域(3)または排気出口領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の排気冷却装置。
- バイパス通路(6)がハウジング(2)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の排気冷却装置。
- バイパス通路(6)が排気入口領域(3)で分岐していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の排気冷却装置。
- ハウジング(2)が単一部分で構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の排気冷却装置。
- 熱交換領域(5)、排気入口領域(3)および/または排気出口領域(4)がハウジング(2)内に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の排気冷却装置。
- ハウジングが2つの半殻から構成されること(ハウジングの縦分割)を特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の排気冷却装置。
- 排気が冷却器内で方向転換されることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の排気冷却装置。
- ハウジングが開口部を有し、これらの開口部を通してフラップが揺動軸に固着され、これらの組立開口部が後に再び閉鎖されることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の排気冷却装置。
