Abstract
垂直力と水平力の導入ではゴムの従動が減少され、容易な水平滑りが可能とされるばね要素を提供することである。
【解決手段】
ばね要素(2)は、実質的に二つの互いに間隔可変に配置された剛性端部材(6,8)に固定されている弾性ばね本体(4)から成る。このばね本体(4)はゴム或いはゴム状合成樹脂から成り、回転対称ばね横断面を有する。縦断面が双凸面構成を示す。空洞(10)に基づいて 全体的にU字状横断面を生じる。垂直力と水平力の導入にはゴムの従動が減少され、容易な水平滑りが可能とされる。ばね本体(4)の表面(12)上には互いに間隔(A)にリブ(14;14a,...)が配置されていて、これらリブは同様に互いに間隔(A)に配置されたリブ(16;16a,...)或いはリブ(16,...)のグループと交差されている。ばね本体(4)の表面(12)上にはリブ(14;14a,..;16;16a,...)(或いは14,..;16,..)間の中間空間に交差角度に応じて多角形区画(18a,...)が形成される。リブの代わりに或いは追加的にばね本体(4)及び少なくとも一方の端部材(6及び8又はいずれか一方)の表面又はそのいずれか一方は滑動性表面被覆を備えている。リブがおよそ2mm太さで且つおよそ10mm互いに間隔を置いている。特に追加ばねとして使用するために、レール車両において空気ばねとの組合せられている。

Claims (8)
- ゴム或いはゴム状合成樹脂から成り、二つの互いに間隔可変に配置された剛性端部材(6,8)に固定されている弾性ばね本体(4)を備えて、この際にばね横断面が回転対称であり、縦断面が双凸面構成を有するばね要素(2)において、ばね本体(4)の表面(12)上には互いに間隔(A)にリブ(14;14a,...)が配置されていて、これらリブは同様に互いに間隔(A)に配置されたリブ(16;16a,...)或いはリブ(16,...)のグループと交差されており、ばね本体(4)の表面(12)上にはリブ(14;14a,..;16;16a,...)(或いは14,..;16,..)間の中間空間に交差角度に応じて多角形区画(18a,...)が形成されることを特徴とするばね要素。
- ばね本体(4)の表面及び少なくとも一方の端部材(6及び8又はいずれか一方)の表面又はそのいずれか一方は滑動性表面被覆を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1の上位概念によるばね要素。
- 互いに平行に表面(12)上に配置されたリブ(14;14a,..)のグループは同様に互いに平行に配置されたリブ(16;16a,...)の別のグループと直交に交差されていて、表面(12)のリブ(14;14a,...),(16;16a,...)間に残っている断面はそれぞれに閉鎖された長方形或いは正方形(18a,...)であることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載のばね要素。
- リブ(14;14a,...)或いは(16;16a,...)の間隔(A)が互いにおよそ10mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のばね要素。
- リブ(14;14a,..;16;16a,...)はそれぞれにおよそ2mmの太さであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のばね要素。
- リブ(14;14a,..;16;16a,...)は閉鎖リブとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のばね要素。
- リブ(14;14a,..;16;16a,...)はばね本体(4)の材料と相違している材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のばね要素。
- リブ(14;14a,..;16;16a,...)は滑動性表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のばね要素。
