Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、電気負荷(14)を供給し、AC電圧の位相ゲーティングによる出力制御のための及び位相ゲーティングにより生成されたとくに4kHzの範囲までの、好ましくは第3高調波の範囲における複数の高調波の減少のための、負荷(14)に直列に接続され位相ゲーティングを実行する目的で制御装置(20)により駆動される第1回路素子(12)(TRIAC)を有する装置に関する。装置は第2回路素子(34)が抵抗素子(32)と直列に設けられ、この直列回路が第1回路素子(12)と並列に配置され、制御装置(20)が第1回路素子(12)の少し前に第2回路素子(34)を駆動するとともにそれを短い期間にわたってオン状態にスイッチするように構成される。

Description
第1回路素子(12)が、位相ゲーティング工程を実行する目的で、第1に選択されたトリガー角度に基づいて駆動され、
第1回路素子(12)をブリッジするとともに抵抗器を有する接続(30;32、34)が、第2回路素子のトリガーの前の時間で短くスイッチオンされ、
抵抗器を有する接続が電気モーターにより冷却される。
Claims (9)
- 電気負荷(14)を供給し、AC電圧の位相ゲーティングによる出力制御のための、及び位相ゲーティングにより生成された、とくに4kHzの範囲までの、好ましくは第3高調波の範囲における複数の高調波の減少のため装置であって、負荷(14)として電気モーター(15)を有し、負荷(14)と直列に接続されていて位相ゲーティングを実行する目的で制御装置(20)により駆動される第1回路素子(12)(TRIAC)を有し、及び抵抗素子(32)を有し、第2回路素子(34)が抵抗素子(32)と直列に設けられていて、この直列回路が第1回路素子(12)に並列に配置されており、制御装置(20)が第1回路素子(12)の少し前に第2回路素子(34)を駆動するとともにそれを短い期間にわたってオン状態にスイッチするように構成されていて、抵抗素子(32)が電気モーター(15)により生成されたエアの流れ内にそれを冷却する目的で配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 抵抗素子(32)が、直列に配置された少なくとも2つの抵抗セグメントを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複数の抵抗セグメントが、電気モーター内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 抵抗素子が、抵抗ワイヤの形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各抵抗セグメントが、抵抗ワイヤの形状であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 抵抗ワイヤが、電気モーターの巻線に少なくとも1つのターンの形状で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 第2回路素子(34)が、TRIACとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 抵抗素子(32)が、無リアクタンス抵抗器として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 位相ゲーティングによる電気モーターの出力制御のための、4kHzまでの、好ましくは第3高調波の範囲における高調波減少のための方法であって、以下のステップを有する方法:
第1回路素子(12)が、位相ゲーティング工程を実行する目的で、第1に選択されたトリガー角度に基づいて駆動されるステップ、
第1回路素子(12)をブリッジするとともに抵抗器を有する接続(30;32、34)が、第2回路素子のトリガーの前の時間で短くスイッチオンされるステップ、
抵抗器を有する接続が電気モーターにより冷却されるステップ。
