Claims (5)
- アナログ画像信号(5)からA/D変換器(2)によって生成されたディジタル化画像信号(3)が入力されるグラフィックスプロセッサ(1)を備え、前記A/D変換器(2)が前記アナログ画像信号(5)の最高ビデオレベルから前記ディジタル化画像信号(3)の最高ビデオステップを生じるように前記A/D変換器(2)のゲインが調節されるフラットディスプレイのパネル(4)を備えた装置において、
校正モードの際に、
フラットディスプレイの観察者から見えない領域内に配置されたセンサ(11)によって白色画像の輝度が検知され、前記センサ(11)を休止位置から輝度を検知する検知位置へとパネル(4)にほぼ平行に回動させうる回動手段(14,16,17)が設けられ、さらに、
前記グラフィックスプロセッサ(1)による前記ゲインのステップ状変化によってもたらされる、検知された輝度の変化に応じて、前記グラフィックスプロセッサ(1)によって前記ゲインが調節される、
ことを特徴とするフラットディスプレイのパネル装置。 - 前記センサ(11)が回動時に前記回動手段(14,16,17)によって前記パネル(4)の方向に沈下されうることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル装置。
- 輝度の検知時に前記センサ(11)を周囲光から遮蔽するための遮蔽手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のパネル装置。
- 検知位置への回動時又は休止位置への回動時に前記センサ(11)を清掃する清掃手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置。
- 前記センサ(11)及びこれを回動させる回動手段(14,16,17)がフラットディスプレイのフレームの凹所内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置。
