Abstract
【解決手段】近位端と遠位端とを備える軸を有する第1のカテーテル、近位端と遠位端とを備える軸を有する第2のカテーテル、および、前記第1のカテーテルと前記第2のカテーテルとを横並びの構成かつ長手軸に沿って互いに整列させた状態で解放可能に一体に結合するため、前記カテーテルの近位端の近くに取り付けることができるリンク装置、を有しているカテーテル・システム。

・近位端と遠位端とを備える軸を有する第1のカテーテル、
・近位端と遠位端とを備える軸を有する第2のカテーテル、および
・前記第1のカテーテルと前記第2のカテーテルとを横並びの構成かつ長手軸に沿って互いに整列させた状態で解放可能に一体に結合するため、前記カテーテルの近位端の近くに取り付けることができるリンク装置
を有しているカテーテル・システムに関する。
・近位端と遠位端とを備える軸を有する第1のカテーテル、近位端と遠位端とを備える軸を有する第2のカテーテル、および解放可能なリンク装置を備えるカテーテル・システムを用意すること、
・前記解放可能なリンク装置にて前記第1のカテーテルおよび前記第2のカテーテルを一体に、これらカテーテルの近位端付近において横並びの構成に結合すること、
・カテーテルの遠位端を患者へと挿入し、カテーテル・システムを1つのユニットとして前進させること

Claims (16)
- ・近位端と遠位端とを備える軸を有する第1のカテーテル、
・近位端と遠位端とを備える軸を有する第2のカテーテル、および
・前記第1のカテーテルと前記第2のカテーテルとを横並びの構成かつ長手軸に沿って互いに整列させた状態に解放可能に一体に結合するため、前記カテーテルの近位端の近くに取り付けることができるリンク装置
を有しているカテーテル・システム。 - 前記第1のカテーテルおよび前記第2のカテーテルが、バルーン・カテーテルである請求項1に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- 前記バルーン・カテーテルのうちの少なくとも1つに取り付けられたステント
をさらに有している請求項2に記載のカテーテル・システム。 - 前記第1のカテーテルおよび前記第2のカテーテルが、ラピッドエクスチェンジ・バルーン拡張カテーテルとして構成されている請求項2または3に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- それぞれのラピッドエクスチェンジ・バルーン拡張カテーテルの近位部が、柔軟な遠位部へと接続された皮下チューブで構成されている請求項4に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- 前記カテーテルのうちの少なくとも1つが、拡張バルーンから遠位方向へと延びる細長い柔軟な延長チューブを有している請求項4に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- 前記リンク装置が、少なくとも1つの案内ワイヤを当該カテーテル・システムに対して動かぬよう保持するように構成されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- 前記第1のカテーテルおよび前記第2のカテーテルが、オーバーザワイヤカテーテル・バルーン拡張カテーテルとして構成されている請求項1に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- 前記リンク装置が、第1のチャネルおよび第2のチャネルを横並びの構成に配置して備える本体を有しており、第1のチャネルが前記第1のカテーテルの軸を解放可能に保持するように構成され、第2のチャネルが前記第2のカテーテルの軸を解放可能に保持するように構成されている請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- 前記リンク装置が、第1のチャネルおよび第2のチャネルを横並びの構成に配置して備える本体、前記第1のカテーテルの軸を解放可能に保持するように構成された第1のチャネルに組み合わされた第1の係止装置、並びに、前記第2のカテーテルの軸を解放可能に保持するように構成された第2のチャネルに組み合わされた第2の係止装置を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- 前記リンク装置が、前記第1のカテーテルの軸に取り付けられた第1のリンク部材および前記第2のカテーテルの軸に取り付けられた第2のリンク部材を有しており、第1のリンク部材および第2のリンク部材が、第1のリンク部材と第2のリンク部材とを互いに解放可能に取り付けることができるよう連結用の造作を有している請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- 前記リンク装置が、前記第1のカテーテルの軸と前記第2のカテーテルの軸とを解放可能に一体に結合させる剥離鞘を有している請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- 前記リンク装置が、前記第1のカテーテルの軸と前記第2のカテーテルの軸とを解放可能に一体に結合させる溝割りチューブを有している請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル・システム。
- リンク装置本体を有するカテーテル用リンク装置であって、
前記リンク装置本体が、第1のカテーテルの軸を解放可能に保持するように構成された第1のチャネルおよび第2のカテーテルの軸を解放可能に保持するように構成された第2のチャネルを、当該リンク装置本体内に横並びの構成で配置して有しているカテーテル用リンク装置。 - ・前記第1のカテーテルの軸を解放可能に保持するように構成された前記第1のチャネルに組み合わされた第1の係止装置、および
・前記第2のカテーテルの軸を解放可能に保持するように構成された前記第2のチャネルに組み合わされた第2の係止装置
をさらに有している請求項14に記載のカテーテル用リンク装置。 - 前記リンク装置が、前記第1のカテーテルの軸および前記第2のカテーテルの軸を解放可能に一体に結合させる溝割りチューブを有している請求項14に記載のカテーテル・システム。
