Abstract
【解決手段】転動部材の製造方法は、0.7質量%以上の炭素を含有する鋼からなる鋼製部材を準備する鋼製部材準備工程と、鋼製部材準備工程において準備された鋼製部材を熱間鍛造することにより第1鍛造部材としてのブランクリングを作製する熱間鍛造工程と、熱間鍛造工程において作製されたブランクリングを旋削加工することによりブランクリングの一部を除去する第1旋削工程と、第1旋削工程において切削加工されたブランクリングを冷間鍛造することにより、段付きリングを作製する冷間鍛造工程とを備えている。そして、冷間鍛造工程よりも後の工程においては、段付きリングは、第1旋削工程において旋削加工された部位が切削加工されない。

Claims (5)
- 0.7質量%以上の炭素を含有する鋼からなる鋼製部材を準備する鋼製部材準備工程と、
前記鋼製部材準備工程において準備された前記鋼製部材を熱間鍛造することにより第1鍛造部材を作製する熱間鍛造工程と、
前記熱間鍛造工程において作製された前記第1鍛造部材を切削加工することにより前記第1鍛造部材の一部を除去する切削工程と、
前記切削工程において切削加工された前記第1鍛造部材を冷間鍛造することにより、第2鍛造部材を作製する冷間鍛造工程とを備え、
前記冷間鍛造工程よりも後の工程においては、前記第2鍛造部材は、前記切削工程において切削加工された部位が切削加工されない、転動部材の製造方法。 - 軌道部材を製造する軌道部材製造工程と、
転動体を製造する転動体製造工程と、
前記軌道部材製造工程において製造された前記軌道部材と、前記転動体製造工程において製造された前記転動体とを組み合わせることにより、転がり軸受を組立てる組立工程とを備え、
前記軌道部材製造工程は、請求項1に記載の転動部材の製造方法により実施される、転がり軸受の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の転動部材の製造方法により製造された、転がり軸受の軌道部材。
- 請求項1に記載の転動部材の製造方法により製造された、円錐ころ軸受の軌道輪。
- 軌道部材と、
前記軌道部材に接触し、円環状の軌道上に配置される複数の転動体とを備え、
前記軌道部材は、請求項3に記載の転がり軸受の軌道部材である、転がり軸受。
