Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for keeping and circulating a liquefied gas facility such as an LNG (liquefied natural gas) receiving terminal.
Conventionally, the LNG receiving terminal is provided with an LNG tank for storing LNG, and this LNG tank transports LNG from the LNG ship to the tank for receiving LNG, from the tank to LNG vaporization equipment, etc. A transport pipe such as a payout pipe is connected.
By the way, LNG is normally accepted into the LNG tank at intervals of several days to several weeks, and LNG is paid out from the LNG tank at the payout destination (power plant or city gas facility). Etc.) may be interrupted. Transport pipes such as receiving pipes and payout pipes are kept at a low temperature during transport of LNG (at normal pressure of about −162 ° C.). However, if LNG is not accepted or dispensed for a certain period of time, When the temperature of the receiving pipe and the discharging pipe gradually rises due to natural heat input, etc., and starts transporting LNG again as it is, deformation of the transport pipe due to mass evaporation of LNG in the LNG tank and sudden temperature change and Problems such as breakage can occur.
In general, the acceptance of LNG as described above is executed systematically. However, in the above prior art, even if it is clear that LNG is not accepted for a certain period of time, the receiving pipe is cooled and circulated. There is a problem that generation of BOG (boil-off gas) is promoted by heat input from the pump device or the like.
On the other hand, since the LNG payout from the LNG tank depends on the operating status of the payout destination, usually the payout is started promptly even if the payout is not performed due to the stoppage of the payout destination. Therefore, it is necessary to properly carry out the cool-out circulation of the discharge pipe so that it is possible.
The present invention has been devised to solve such problems of the prior art, and its main purpose is to continue the cold insulation circulation of the discharge pipe while interrupting the heat input from the receiving pipe for a certain period of time. Thus, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for keeping cold and circulating a liquefied gas facility that can effectively suppress the generation of BOG in a liquefied gas storage tank.
In order to solve such a problem, the cooling and circulating method for a liquefied gas facility according to the present invention includes a receiving pipe from a liquefied gas receiving destination to a storage tank thereof, and the receiving from the storage tank. A liquefied gas facility comprising a receiving circulation pipe reaching an upstream side of the pipe and a circulation pump device connected to the receiving circulation pipe, wherein the liquefied gas passing through the receiving pipe is circulated to the storage tank by the circulation pump device. A cooling and recirculation method comprising: a circulation stop step for stopping circulation of the liquefied gas by the circulation pump device; and a liquefied gas in the receiving pipe in the storage tank via the receiving circulation pipe by a predetermined discharge pump device. And a liquefied gas discharge step to be discharged.
According to this, since the circulation of the liquefied gas is stopped and the liquefied gas is discharged from the receiving pipe, the heat input from the receiving pipe can be shut off for a certain period, and the liquefied gas is generated due to the heat input to the receiving pipe. It is possible to suppress vaporization in the storage tank. Therefore, when the receiving pipe is not used (especially when LNG payout becomes impossible for a long time due to stoppage of the payout destination, etc.), the necessary cold insulation circulation is implemented only for the payout pipe, and the generation of BOG is effective. Can be suppressed.
Further, in the cold circulation method of the liquefied gas facility, as shown in
According to this, since the cool-out circulation of the discharge pipe is carried out by using the pump apparatus used for the cool-in circulation of the receiving pipe, it is not necessary to use a discharge pump apparatus or the like that has a relatively large capacity and generates a large amount of heat during operation. The heat input to the liquefied gas (circulated liquid) caused by the pump device can be reduced, and the generation of BOG can be more effectively suppressed.
Further, in the cold cooling circulation method for the liquefied gas equipment, as shown in claim 3, after the liquefied gas discharge step, the precooling step of cooling the receiving pipe using the liquefied gas transported by the circulating pump device. It can be set as the structure which further has. According to this, it becomes possible to carry out pre-cooling of the receiving pipe with a simple configuration.
Moreover, in the cold storage circulation method of the liquefied gas facility, as shown in claim 4, the precooling step includes liquefied gas transported by the circulation pump device and liquefied gas gasified by the liquefied gas vaporizer. It can be set as the structure containing the step which produces | generates the gas for cooling of the said receiving pipe by mixing. According to this, it becomes possible to generate the cooling gas with a simple configuration and appropriately perform the pre-cooling of the receiving pipe.
As described above, according to the present invention, while maintaining the cooling circulation of the discharge pipe, the generation of BOG in the storage tank for liquefied gas can be effectively suppressed by blocking the heat input from the receiving pipe for a certain period. It has an excellent effect of being able to. In particular, when the LNG is not accepted, and when the LNG cannot be paid out due to the operation stop of the payout destination or the like, a remarkable effect is obtained as a means for suppressing the generation of BOG in the storage tank.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The upstream side of the
In the LNG receiving terminal 1, BOG is generated by natural heat input from the wall surface of the

払出管5の保冷循環では、タンク2内のLNG(以下、「循環液」という。)

Next, in the case where LNG is not accepted at the LNG receiving terminal 1 and when LNG cannot be paid out due to, for example, stoppage of the payout destination, heat input from the cold insulation circulation system of the receiving pipe 4 A method of suppressing the generation of BOG in the

Here, only elements necessary for the explanation are shown, but matters not particularly mentioned are the same as those in FIG.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing a method for performing cold insulation circulation of the discharge pipe by the cold insulation circulation pump and the discharge pump used for the cold insulation circulation of the receiving pipe. Here, only elements necessary for the explanation are shown, but matters not particularly mentioned are the same as those in FIG.
The cooling and circulation route of the
In the cold-retention circulation of the
By such a method, without using the
Next, a description will be given of a method for performing pre-cooling for resuming use of the receiving pipe 4 after the cold holding circulation of the
FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a method of pre-cooling the receiving pipe. Here, only elements necessary for the explanation are shown, but matters not particularly mentioned are the same as those in FIG.
As described above, when the acceptance of the LNG is resumed in the receiving pipe 4 that has stopped the cold insulation circulation, if a low-temperature LNG is allowed to flow through the ordinary-temperature receiving pipe 4 as it is, the pipe may be deformed or damaged due to a rapid temperature change. Therefore, it is necessary to perform precooling of the receiving pipe 4. Therefore, in the LNG receiving terminal 1, LNG (liquid) in the
The LNG in the
The normal temperature gas is LNG vaporized gas after being vaporized by the
As described above, the LNG and the normal temperature gas in the
By such a method, it is possible to easily generate a cooling gas and appropriately perform precooling and liquid filling. In addition, after liquid filling, the normal cold-reserving circulation as shown in FIG. 1 is executed for the receiving pipe 4 and the dispensing
In the cold-recycling method for the liquefied gas equipment according to the present invention, in the cold-reserving circulation of the receiving pipe and the discharge pipe, etc., the liquefied gas is prevented by preventing heat input due to the cold-circulating circulation of the receiving pipe for a certain period with a simple configuration. Generation of BOG in these tanks can be effectively suppressed, and it is useful as a cooling and circulation method for liquefied gas equipment such as an LNG receiving terminal.
