Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a compressor and a manufacturing method thereof.
In these compressors, internal parts arranged inside the casing are fixed to the body casing by spot welding. For example, in the compressor disclosed in
The internal components such as the bearings of the scroll compressor and the cylinder of the rotary compressor need to have extremely high positional accuracy in the compressor. If distortion due to heat input during welding increases and the positional accuracy of the internal parts of the compressor deteriorates, the amount of wear of the internal parts and the like increases and the performance of the compressor deteriorates.
However, in recent compressors for compressing CO2 (carbon dioxide) refrigerant, since the pressure in the compressor is higher than that of conventional chlorofluorocarbon refrigerants, the thickness of the casing tends to be increased. For example, the thickness of the casing, which was 3 to 4 mm in the conventional case, is increased to 8 to 10 mm in the case of a recent C02 compressor. In a compressor having such a casing, if a conventional method of fixing an internal part to a fuselage casing by arc welding is employed, the amount of heat input becomes too large, and it becomes difficult to ensure the positional accuracy of the internal part. On the other hand, instead of welding the internal parts that require high positional accuracy directly to the fuselage casing, it is possible to adopt a method of welding the mounting plate to the fuselage casing and fastening the internal parts to the mounting plate with bolts. However, when this method is adopted, there is a concern about cost increase and enlargement of the compressor.
The subject of this invention is providing the manufacturing method of the compressor which becomes easy to ensure the positional accuracy of an internal component, welding an internal component with respect to the fuselage casing of a compressor.
The compressor manufacturing method according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a first step and a second step. The manufactured compressor comprises a casing and internal parts. The casing has a first portion on the inner surface. The internal component is housed inside the casing and has a second part facing the first part. In the first step, the first part of the casing and the second part of the internal part are made to face each other. In the second step, at least a part of the facing part between the first part and the second part is irradiated with laser light along the inner surface of the casing, and the casing and the internal parts are laser-welded.
Here, the casing and the internal parts are not welded by arc welding as in the prior art, but both are welded by laser welding.
However, if the laser is irradiated through the casing from the outside of the casing, if the casing is thick, unless the heat input is secured over time, the melting area between the casing and internal parts Will become smaller. On the other hand, when the amount of heat input is increased, it becomes difficult to ensure the positional accuracy of the internal parts due to distortion.
In view of this, in the first invention, the laser beam is directly irradiated at an angle along the inner surface of the casing to the facing portion between the first portion of the inner surface of the casing and the second portion of the internal part in contact with the first portion. is doing. Thus, here, by adopting a method of performing laser welding by directly irradiating the facing part between the first part and the second part from the inside of the casing, the melting region of both with a relatively small amount of heat input To ensure the strength of the joint.
Further, since the casing and the internal parts are directly welded by laser welding, it is not necessary to intervene a conventionally used intermediate member such as a mounting plate, thereby reducing costs and downsizing the compressor.
In addition, in the case of the same heat input, the method of the present invention in which the laser beam is directly applied to the facing portions of both of them as compared with the method of welding the internal parts by irradiating the laser beam from the outside of the casing and penetrating the casing. However, the strength of the joined portion is higher.
The compressor manufacturing method according to the second invention is the method of the first invention, wherein the thickness of the first part of the casing is 5 mm or more.
When the casing is thick in this way, if the laser beam is penetrated from the outside of the casing to try to weld the first part of the inner surface of the casing and the second part of the internal part, the welding area becomes smaller or the welding area is secured. For this reason, large heat input is applied to the internal parts.
However, since the laser beam is directly applied to the facing portion between the first part and the second part from the inside of the casing here, a sufficient welding area can be ensured with a small amount of heat input.
The effect of the present invention is particularly remarkable when the thickness of the casing exceeds 7 mm.

Here, the positional accuracy of the core of the rotating shaft of the rotating machine can be relatively easily ensured.

It has a mechanism. The internal part is a cylinder member or a head member.
Here, the relative positional accuracy of the cylinder member and head member, which are components of the compression mechanism, can be ensured relatively easily, and the vibration amount of the compressor and the wear amount of each component of the compression mechanism can be set to a predetermined design value. Can be within the range.

A compressor manufacturing method according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the method according to the fourth aspect, wherein the internal part is a cylinder member or a head member formed by semi-molten / semi-solid die casting.
Here, the member can be formed into a near net shape by semi-melting / semi-solidifying die casting, and machining processing such as cutting work can be reduced, and the welding strength is higher than that of the FC material.
A compressor manufacturing method according to a sixth invention is the method according to the fourth or fifth invention, wherein the compressor rotates a rotor that rotates eccentrically in a space formed by a cylinder member and a head member. Is further provided. The head member includes a first head member located on the rotating machine side of the cylinder member and a second head member facing the first head member with the cylinder member interposed therebetween. And in a 2nd process, a laser beam is irradiated to the facing part of the 1st part of a casing, and the 2nd part of a 2nd head member from the opposite side to the side in which a rotary machine exists.
Here, the rotating machine exists on one side (the first head member side when viewed from the cylinder member) of the compression mechanism having the cylinder member, the first head member, and the second head member, but the laser beam irradiation is on the opposite side (cylinder). Since it is performed from the second head member side when viewed from the member, the risk that the rotating machine hinders laser welding is reduced.

(2-2) Movable Scroll Member The

In the
However, since the

(7) Fixing of rear head of swing compression mechanism and fuselage casing part As shown in FIG. 5, the

<Characteristics of compressor>

In the
However, since the
In view of this, in the

It is also possible to adopt a semi-solid die casting method instead of the semi-molten die casting method.
