Abstract
【解決手段】流体が封入されたシリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿嵌されるとともに流体の通過するオリフィスを有するピストンと、一端が前記ピストンに固定されるとともに他端が前記シリンダの外部まで延設されたピストンロッドと、前記シリンダ内に配設されるとともに、ピストンに対して所定範囲で移動可能に付設され、前記ピストンを通過する流体量を調整するスライダとを備えた速度応答型ダンパであって、前記ピストンの先端側に前記オリフィスを形成したので、空気の破裂音の低減を図るとともに、オイルの渦や滑りを未然に防止し、ピストンロッドの傾きを防止することができる。

また、図14に示すようにシリンダ1に内装されたピストン2に形成された液体の通過するオリフィス3がピストンの後端側に形成されていた。
また、本発明において前記整流突片は、断面が富士山形状に構成されたので、整流効果が増して、オイルの渦や滑りを防止することができる。

Claims (6)
- 流体が封入されたシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿嵌されるとともに流体の通過するオリフィスを有するピストンと、
一端が前記ピストンに固定されるとともに他端が前記シリンダの外部まで延設されたピストンロッドと、
前記シリンダ内に配設されるとともに、ピストンに対して所定範囲で移動可能に付設され、前記ピストンを通過する流体量を調整するスライダとを備えた速度応答型ダンパであって、
前記ピストンの先端側に前記オリフィスを形成したことを特徴とする速度応答型ダンパ。 - 前記スライダは内周に複数の整流突片を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の速度応答型ダンパ。
- 前記整流突片は、断面が富士山形状に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の速度応答型ダンパ。
- 前記整流突片は、先端にテーパ部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1に記載の速度応答型ダンパ。
- 前記ピストンとスライダは、離隔する方向にバネ付勢されており、ピストンが高速で前進した際に、前記スライダがバネ力に抗して後退することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1に記載の速度応答型ダンパ。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1に記載の速度応答型ダンパを引き戸、吊り戸、開閉扉に組み込んだ引出組込型の衝撃吸収ダンパ装置。
