Abstract
【解決手段】管状の樹脂層と,これに隣接するゴム層とからなる層構造を備えた燃料ホースであって、上記ゴム層が、下記の(A)〜(E)を必須成分とし、任意成分として下記の(F)を(A)100重量部に対して0.1重量部未満の割合で含有するゴム組成物を用いて形成されている。(A)ジエン系ゴム。(B)硫黄系加硫剤。(C)1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン−7塩、1,5−ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)−ノネン−5塩、1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン−7および1,5−ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)−ノネン−5からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つ。(D)カルバミン酸金属塩およびチアゾール系金属塩の少なくとも一方。(E)酸化マグネシウム。(F)酸化亜鉛。

Description
(A)ジエン系ゴム。
(B)硫黄系加硫剤。
(C)1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン−7塩、1,5−ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)−ノネン−5塩、1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン−7および1,5−ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)−ノネン−5からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つ。
(D)カルバミン酸金属塩およびチアゾール系金属塩の少なくとも一方。
(E)酸化マグネシウム。
(F)酸化亜鉛。
(A)ジエン系ゴム。
(B)硫黄系加硫剤。
(C)1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン−7塩、1,5−ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)−ノネン−5塩、1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン−7および1,5−ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)−ノネン−5からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つ。
(D)カルバミン酸金属塩およびチアゾール系金属塩の少なくとも一方。

下記の表1に示す各成分を同表に示す割合で配合し、これらをバンバリー、ロールを用いて混練することにより、ジエン系ゴム材料を調製した。

NBR−PVCとして日本ゼオン社製、ニポール1203JNS〔NBR/PVC=70/30(重量比)、AN量:33.5〕100部と、ステアリン酸(花王社製、ルナックS30)1部と、MgO(協和化学社製、協和マグ♯150)10部と、DBUナフトエ酸塩(ダイソー社製、DA−500)2部と、SRF級カーボンブラック(東海カーボン社製、シーストS)30部と、ゼオライト(水澤化学工業社製、ミズカライザーDS)10部と、タルク(日本ミストロン社製、ミストロンベーパータルク)20部と、塩基性シリカ(DSLジャパン社製、カープレックス1120)15部と、エーテルエステル系可塑剤(旭電化社製、アデカサイザーRS107)25部と、硫黄(鶴見化学工業社製、金華印粉砕硫黄)1部と、チアゾール系加硫促進剤(OBS)としてN−オキシジエチレン−2−ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(OBS)(大内新興化学工業社製、ノクセラーMSA−G)1部とを配合し、これらをバンバリー、ロールを用いて混練することにより、NBR−PVC材料を調製した。
上記のようにして調製した各層の形成材料を準備し、これらを下記の表2に示す組み合わせで押出成形機を用いて連続的に押出成形することにより、内層(厚み2mm)の外周面に中間層(厚み0.1mm)が形成され、さらにその外周面に外層(厚み2mm)が形成されてなる三層構造の燃料ホース(内径24mm)を作製した。
各ホースの接着力を、JIS K 6330−6に準じて測定した。すなわち、各ホースから長さ1インチの試料を採取し、この内層部分を剥離してチャックで挟み、引っ張り試験機にて25.4mm/インチの速さで引っ張る。そして、試料(ホース)が1回転して剥離するまでの最小荷重を接着力(N/インチ)とした。

Claims (6)
- 管状の樹脂層と,これに隣接するゴム層とからなる層構造を備えた燃料ホースであって、上記ゴム層が、下記の(A)〜(E)を必須成分とし、任意成分として下記の(F)を(A)100重量部に対して0.1重量部未満の割合で含有するゴム組成物を用いて形成されているとともに、上記樹脂層がテトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン−ビニリデンフルオライド−パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル四元共重合体を主成分とする材料を用いて形成されていることを特徴とする燃料ホース。
(A)ジエン系ゴム。
(B)硫黄系加硫剤。
(C)1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン−7塩、1,5−ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)−ノネン−5塩、1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン−7および1,5−ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)−ノネン−5からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つ。
(D)カルバミン酸金属塩およびチアゾール系金属塩の少なくとも一方。
(E)酸化マグネシウム。
(F)酸化亜鉛。 - 上記(A)のジエン系ゴムが、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム,アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムとポリ塩化ビニルとのブレンド物,エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン三元共重合体およびヒドリンゴムからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つである請求項1記載の燃料ホース。
- 上記(E)成分の配合量が、(A)成分100重量部に対して3〜20重量部である請求項1または2記載の燃料ホース。
- 上記(D)中のカルバミン酸金属塩が、ジメチルジチオカルバメートの亜鉛塩,ジエチルジチオカルバメートの亜鉛塩およびジブチルジチオカルバメートの亜鉛塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つである請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料ホース。
- 上記(D)中のチアゾール系金属塩が、メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの亜鉛塩である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料ホース。
- 管状の内層の外周面に中間層が形成れ、さらにその外周面に外層が形成され、かつ、上記内層および外層が、上記(A)〜(E)を必須成分とし、任意成分として(F)を(A)100重量部に対して0.1重量部未満の割合で含有するゴム組成物を用いて形成されているとともに、上記中間層が上記テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン−ビニリデンフルオライド−パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル四元共重合体を主成分とする材料を用いて形成されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料ホース。
