Abstract
【解決手段】押出し成形棒材の1つのセクションから作られ、これに、ほぼ共通の1つの平面の中に配置されたインレットポートおよびアウトレットポート27、28、29、30が作り込まれ、これに対して横向きにほぼ同じ平面の中を走る、少なくとも1つのバルブエレメント21、26のための1つの受け穴20が作り込まれたバルブハウジング11において、棒材が、ほぼ直方体形の基本体から突出するリブ15、16、17、18を付けていて、その中でインレットポートおよびアウトレットポート27、28、29、30が始まる形の形材であることを見込む。

Claims (12)
- 押出し成形棒材(10)をセクション(12、13、14)に切り分け、ほぼ共通の1つの平面の中に配置されたインレットポートおよびアウトレットポート(27、28、29、30)を作り、これに対して横向きに走り、ほぼ同じ平面の中に配置された、少なくとも1つのバルブエレメント(21、26)のための1つの受け穴(20)を作ることによってバルブハウジング(11)を製造する方法であって、
前記棒材(10)を、前記インレットポート(27、29)および前記アウトレットポート(28、30)が始まるリブ(15、16、17、18)が突出したほぼ直方体形の基本体に成形することを特徴とする、
製造方法。 - 前記インレットポート(27、29)及び/又は前記アウトレットポート(28、30)の中に雌ねじ(31)を切ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記リブ(18)を、少なくとも前記インレットポート及び/又は前記アウトレットポート(30)の領域において、雄ねじ(32)を付けたピボットに変形させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記リブを、少なくとも前記インレットポート及び/又は前記アウトレットポート(28、29)の領域において、ホース接続口(34)に変形させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記リブ(17、18)を、少なくとも前記インレットポート及び/又は前記アウトレットポート(27、30)の領域において、クイックカップリングのための受け(35)に変形させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 複数の前記バルブハウジング(11)のための前記インレットポート(27、29)及び/又は前記アウトレットポート(28、30)及び/又は前記受け穴(20)を前記棒材(10)に作り込み、これを引き続き個々の前記バルブハウジング(11)に分割することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記押出し成形棒材(10)の前記セクション(12、13、14)から作られ、これに、ほぼ共通の1つの平面の中に配置された前記インレットポートおよび前記アウトレットポート(27、28、29、30)が作り込まれ、これに対して横向きにほぼ同じ平面の中を走る、少なくとも1つの前記バルブエレメント(21、26)のための前記1つの受け穴(20)が作り込まれたバルブハウジング(11)であって、
前記棒材が、ほぼ直方体形の基本体から突出する前記リブ(15、16、17、18)を付けていて、その中で前記インレットポートおよび前記アウトレットポート(27、28、29、30)が始まる形の形材であることを特徴とする、
バルブハウジング。 - 前記受け穴(20)ならびに前記インレットポート(27、29)および前記アウトレットポート(28、30)が、前記形材(10)の押出し方向に対して横向きに走ることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバルブハウジング。
- 前記インレットポート及び/又は前記アウトレットポート(27、28、29、30)の中に前記雌ねじ(31)が切られていることを特徴とする、請求項7〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバルブハウジング。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリブ(18)が、前記棒材(10)から前記セクション(12、13、14)を切り分けた後、前記ピボットに変形させられ、前記雄ねじ(32)を付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバルブハウジング。
- 前記リブ(15、16)の少なくとも1つが、前記ホース接続口(34)に変形させられていることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバルブハウジング。
- 前記リブ(17、18)の少なくとも1つが、前記クイックカップリングのための前記受け(35)に変形させられていることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバルブハウジング。
