Abstract
【課題】封口板から一方の電極端子が突設された角形電池を複数個接続するに際して、各角形電池の各々の電極端子の高さにばらつきが存在しても、接合不良を招くことなく確実に接続することができる構成を備えた組電池を提供する。
【解決手段】偏平な角形の電池ケース1の高さ方向の一端面から一方の電極端子3が突設され、且つ一端面または側面が他方の電極端子2となった角形電池Ba2が、厚み方向に互いに重ね合わせて複数個配列されている。隣接する各2個の角形電池Ba2のうちの一方の角形電池B2aにおける他方の電極端子2に接続部材4の平板接合部7が接合され、平板接合部7から立ち上がり片部8を介して各角形電池Ba2の配列方向に向け延びた取付片部11の筒状接合部12に、他方の角形電池Ba2の一方の電極端子3が嵌合状態に挿通されて互いに接合されている。

Description
請求項3に係る発明は、請求項1または2の発明の組電池において、接続部材が、これの形成素材の板材の板厚に対し筒状接合部の高さを1.5倍以上に設定した形状に形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 偏平な角形の電池ケースの高さ方向の一端面から一方の電極端子が突設され、且つ前記一端面または側面が他方の電極端子となった角形電池が、厚み方向に互いに重ね合わせて複数個配列され、
隣接する各2個の前記角形電池のうちの一方の角形電池における前記他方の電極端子に接続部材の平板接合部が接合され、
前記平板接合部から立ち上がり片部を介して前記各角形電池の配列方向に向け延びた取付片部の筒状接合部に、他方の角形電池の前記一方の電極端子が嵌合状態に挿通されて互いに接合されていることを特徴とする組電池。 - 接続部材は、平板接合部と、この平板接合部の一端部から直交方向へ延びる立ち上がり片部と、この立ち上がり片部から側方に向けた直交方向に延びる連結片部と、この連結片部の一端部から前記平板接合部とは反対側の直交方向に延設された接続片部と、この接続片部の一端部の側辺から前記平板接合部に対し平行な配置で前記連結片部とは反対側の直交方向に延びる取付片部と、この取付片部に形成された筒状接合部とを一体に備えている請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 接続部材は、これの形成素材の板材の板厚に対し筒状接合部の高さを1.5倍以上に設定した形状に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- 接続部材の筒状接合部が、一端開口部の内径が前記角形電池の前記一方の電極端子の外径よりも大きく、且つ他端開口部の内径が前記一方の電極端子の外径よりも小さく設定されている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の組電池。
