Abstract
【解決手段】水素充填装置10は、高圧水素貯蔵タンク12から水素が充填される水素タンク14へ略大気温度の水素を供給する第1水素供給管路18と、高圧水素貯蔵タンク12から水素タンク14へ冷却されている水素を供給する第2水素供給管路20と、水素タンク14内の温度を測定するタンク内温度測定手段42とを備え、水素タンク14内の温度変化に応じて、第1水素供給管路18と第2水素供給管路20とが制御手段38により切換制御される。

Claims (11)
- 水素タンクへ水素を充填する水素充填装置であって、
第1の水素貯蔵源からの第1の温度の水素と、第2の水素貯蔵源からの前記第1の温度より低い第2の温度の水素とを切換えて前記水素タンクへ供給する切換手段と、
前記水素タンク内の温度を測定する温度測定手段と、
該温度測定手段により測定される前記水素タンク内の温度に応じて、前記切換手段を制御する制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項1記載の水素充填装置において、
前記第2の水素貯蔵源の水素を冷却可能に構成される冷却手段を備えることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 高圧水素貯蔵源と、
該高圧水素貯蔵源から水素が充填される水素タンクへ、第1の温度の水素を供給する第1の水素供給管路と、
前記高圧水素貯蔵源から前記水素タンクへ、前記第1の温度より低い第2の温度の水素を供給する第2の水素供給管路と、
前記水素タンク内の温度を測定する温度測定手段と、
前記第1の水素供給管路と前記第2の水素供給管路とを選択的に切換え可能な切換手段と、
前記温度測定手段により測定される前記水素タンク内の温度に応じて、前記切換手段を制御する制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項3記載の水素充填装置において、
前記第2の水素供給管路には、該第2の水素供給管路内の水素を冷却可能に構成される冷却手段が設けられ、
前記第2の水素供給管路の、前記冷却手段よりも前記水素タンク側は、断熱手段により断熱されていることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項4記載の水素充填装置において、
前記切換手段は、前記第1の水素供給管路に設けられる第1のバルブと、前記第2の水素供給管路における前記冷却手段の出口側に設けられる第2のバルブとを含み、
前記制御手段は、前記第1のバルブ及び前記第2のバルブの開閉を制御することを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の水素充填装置において、
前記第1の水素供給管路と前記第2の水素供給管路とは、前記水素タンクに接続される側の端部で連結され、該端部における前記第1の水素供給管路の出口と、前記第2の水素供給管路の出口とは、同一の出口であることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項3乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の水素充填装置において、
前記第1の水素供給管路と前記第2の水素供給管路とは、被覆材により一体化されていることを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 水素タンクに水素を充填する水素充填方法であって、
前記水素タンクへ、第1の温度で水素を供給し、
前記水素タンクへ、前記第1の温度より低い第2の温度で水素を供給し、
前記水素タンクへの水素充填時、温度測定手段により前記水素タンク内の温度を測定し、該測定された温度に応じて、前記第1の温度の水素と前記第2の温度の水素の供給を切換えて、前記水素タンクへ水素を充填することを特徴とする水素充填方法。 - 請求項8記載の水素充填方法において、
前記水素タンク内の温度が所定の温度より低い場合には、前記第1の温度の水素を前記水素タンクへ充填し、
前記水素タンク内の温度が所定の温度より高い場合には、前記第2の温度の水素を前記水素タンクへ水素を充填することを特徴とする水素充填方法。 - 請求項8記載の水素充填方法において、
大気温度を測定する大気温度測定手段を用い、
前記水素タンク内の温度と前記大気温度との差が所定の温度範囲より低い場合には、前記第1の温度の水素を前記水素タンクへ充填し、
前記水素タンク内の温度と前記大気温度との差が所定の温度範囲より高い場合には、前記第2の温度の水素を前記水素タンクへ充填することを特徴とする水素充填方法。 - 請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の水素充填方法において、
前記水素タンクへの水素充填開始時には、前記第2の温度の水素を前記水素タンクへ充填することを特徴とする水素充填方法。
