Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a low-reflective near-infrared absorbing material provided on a display screen of an electronic image display device such as a plasma display (PDP) or a liquid crystal display (LCD), and having both a near-infrared absorbing function and a low-reflecting function, and the same The present invention relates to an electronic image display device using the.
In recent years, electronic image display devices (electronic displays) are widely used for televisions and monitors. Among them, plasma displays are attracting a lot of attention as being optimal for large-screen flat panel displays. This causes problems such as malfunctions and noise in infrared data communication. Therefore, a technique for absorbing near infrared rays leaking from the electronic image display device is required.
Since the near-infrared absorption filter described in the conventional patent document 1 is formed by coating a near-infrared absorbing composition on a transparent resin base material, it absorbs near-infrared light, but is near the transparent resin base material. Reflection of light from the outside is observed on the side where the infrared absorbing composition is not applied. Therefore, when such a near-infrared absorption filter is disposed on the display screen of the electronic image display device, there is a problem that the reflection on the surface of the near-infrared absorption filter cannot be suppressed and the visibility of the display screen is poor. .
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to suppress the reflection in the light while suppressing the transmittance in the near infrared region, maintaining the transmittance in the visible light region high, and maintaining the durability against light and wet heat. Another object of the present invention is to provide a near-reflective near-infrared absorbing material capable of improving the properties and an electronic image display device using the same.
In order to achieve the above object, the reduced reflection near-infrared absorbing material of the first invention in the present invention has a polystyrene-based resin or a polyolefin-based resin and a resin other than those on one surface of the transparent substrate. And a near-infrared absorption layer containing a near-infrared absorber and a reduced reflection layer on the other surface.
The reduced reflection near-infrared absorbing material of the second invention is characterized in that, in the first invention, the near-infrared absorbing agent is a dithiol metal complex dye represented by the following chemical formula (1). Is.
The reduced reflection near-infrared absorbing material of the third invention is characterized in that, in the first or second invention, a light interference layer is provided at least between the transparent substrate and the near-infrared absorbing layer. It is what.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic image display device in which the near-infrared absorbing layer side of the reduced reflection near-infrared absorbing material of any one of the first to third aspects is arranged directly on the display screen or in front of the display screen. It is characterized by being laminated on a transparent plate.
According to the present invention, the following effects can be exhibited.
In the reduced reflection near-infrared absorbing material of the first invention, since the near-infrared absorbing layer is provided on one surface of the transparent substrate, the near-infrared is absorbed and visible light is transmitted. For this reason, the transmittance in the near-infrared region can be suppressed, and the transmittance in the visible light region can be kept high. In addition, since the near-infrared absorbing layer is formed of a mixed resin containing a highly hydrophobic polystyrene-based resin or polyolefin-based resin and other resins, deterioration of the near-infrared absorbing agent and the resin is suppressed, Durability against light and wet heat can be maintained. Furthermore, since the reduced reflection layer is provided on the other surface of the transparent substrate, reflection can be suppressed and visibility can be improved.
In the reduced reflection near-infrared absorbing material of the second invention, since the near-infrared absorbing agent is a dithiol metal complex dye represented by the chemical formula (1), in addition to the effects of the first invention, light The durability with respect to can be improved.
In the reduced reflection near-infrared absorbing material of the third invention, since the light interference layer is provided at least between the transparent base material and the near-infrared absorbing layer, the effect of the first or second invention is achieved. In addition, interference unevenness due to interference light can be suppressed.
In the electronic image display device of the fourth invention, the near-infrared absorbing layer side of the reduced reflection near-infrared absorbing material of any one of the first to third inventions is arranged directly on the display screen or in front of the display screen. It is constructed by pasting on a transparent plate. Therefore, the effect of any one of the first to third inventions can be exerted on the display screen of the electronic image display device. In particular, in the plasma display, the malfunction of peripheral devices such as remote control devices can be prevented, and the front of the display can be prevented. By keeping reflection low, a clear image can be obtained.
Hereinafter, embodiments that are considered to be the best modes of the present invention will be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 1A, the reduced reflection near-infrared absorbing material (hereinafter also simply referred to as a near-infrared absorbing material) 10 in the present embodiment has a near-infrared absorbing

Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), it is preferable to form a

In addition, when the film is dried after film formation in the wet coating method, an arbitrary amount of solvent can be added. Moreover, the formation method of the hard-
Next, the
The method for forming the
Further, in the case of a two-layer configuration, the refractive index of the high

The material constituting the high

As the fluorine-containing polyfunctional (meth) acrylate, fluorine-containing bifunctional (meth) acrylate, fluorine-containing trifunctional (meth) acrylate and fluorine-containing tetrafunctional (meth) acrylate are preferable. Examples of the fluorine-containing tetrafunctional (meth) acrylate include 1,2,9,10-tetra (meth) acryloyloxy-4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-octafluorodecane. Any of the above fluorine-containing (meth) acrylates can be used alone or as a mixture.
As the polymer of the above-mentioned fluorine-containing organic compound or the polymer of other fluorine-containing organic compounds, a linear polymer such as a homopolymer of a fluorine-containing organic compound, a copolymer, or a copolymer with a non-fluorine-based organic compound is used. Examples thereof include a polymer, a polymer containing a carbocyclic ring or a heterocyclic ring in the chain, a cyclic polymer, and a comb polymer. A conventionally well-known thing can be used as said non-fluorine-type organic compound, For example, monofunctional or polyfunctional (meth) acrylate etc. are mentioned.
As a material for forming the low
Further, the
Regarding the above-described
Next, as shown in FIG.1 (c), the 1st interference layer 17 and the 2nd interference layer which can reduce the interference nonuniformity of light are provided in one surface or the other surface of the
When providing the 1st interference layer 17, it is preferable to laminate | stack in order that it becomes the 1st interference layer 17 on the
In this case, the maximum value of the amplitude difference in reflectance at a wavelength of 500 to 650 nm is 1% or less, that is, the near
The first interference layer 17 only needs to have a refractive index and an optical film thickness within the above ranges, and a material for forming the first interference layer 17 is not particularly limited. As a material for forming the first interference layer 17, for example, an organic substance or an inorganic substance can be used alone or as a mixture. As the organic substance, a reactive monomer or polymer such as (meth) acrylate is used, and as an inorganic substance, silicon is used. A compound, a metal, a metal oxide, etc. are mentioned. Further, the method for forming the first interference layer 17 is not particularly limited. For example, a dry coating method such as a vapor deposition method, a sputtering method, a CVD method, an ion plating method, a dip coating method, a roll coating method, Examples of the wet coating method include a gravure coating method and a die coating method. Among these methods, a method capable of controlling the thickness accurately is particularly preferable.

Furthermore, the refractive index of each layer preferably satisfies the relationship of the refractive index of the
The second interference layer 18 only needs to have a refractive index and an optical film thickness within the above ranges, and the material forming the second interference layer 18 is not particularly limited.
