Abstract
【解決手段】送気系統61及び濃度コントローラ59を備える。補給される粉末を輸送気体で吹飛ばす噴射ノズル52を噴射部51に設ける。吹飛ばされた粉が混じった含粉気流を一端から受入れ他端に出口53aを有した調節筒53に、この筒内に希釈気体を混入させる希釈ノズル55,56と、含粉気流の粉末濃度を測定する濃度センサ54とを設ける。系統61は、気体源に接続された流量調節弁65、流量調節弁68を有して弁65とノズル52を接続した送気経路66、及び流量調節弁73を有して弁65とノズル55,56を接続した送気経路71を備える。コントローラ59は、輸送気体の流量と希釈気体の流量とを合計した総流量が一定に保持されるように弁65を制御し、センサ54の測定結果に基づき弁69,73を制御することで輸送気体の流量と希釈気体の流量との割合を調節して、粉末濃度を目標濃度とする。

Claims (3)
- 噴射される輸送気体で、この気体の噴射部に供給される粉末を調節筒の一端から他端の出口に向けて吹き飛ばして基本濃度の含粉気流を形成するとともに、この含粉気流中に希釈気体を混入させ、
前記調節筒内の含粉気流の粉末濃度を測定し、
前記輸送気体の流量と希釈気体の流量とを合計した総流量を一定に保持したままで、前記濃度測定の結果に基づいて前記輸送気体の流量と前記希釈気体の流量との割合を調節して、粉末濃度を目標濃度とする粉末濃度調節方法。 - 供給される粉末を輸送気体で吹き飛ばす噴射ノズルが設けられた噴射部と、
この噴射部に連続して設けられ前記吹き飛ばされた粉が混じった含粉気流を一端から受入れ他端に出口を有した調節筒と、
この調節筒に設けられ前記含粉気流に希釈気体を混入させる希釈ノズルと、
前記調節筒に設けられ前記含粉気流の粉末濃度を測定する濃度センサと、
気体源に接続された第1の流量調節体、前記噴射ノズルに供給される輸送気体の流量を変える第2の流量調節体を有して前記第1の流量調節体から前記噴射ノズルにわたって設けられた送気経路、及び前記希釈ノズルに供給される希釈気体の流量を変える第3の流量調節体を有して前記第1の流量調節体から前記希釈ノズルにわたって設けられた他の送気経路を備えた送気系統と、
前記輸送気体の流量と希釈気体の流量とを合計した総流量が一定に保持されるように前記第1の流量調節体を制御するとともに、前記濃度センサの測定結果に基づいて、前記第2、第3の流量調節体を制御することで前記輸送気体の流量と前記希釈気体の流量との割合を調節して、粉末濃度を目標濃度とする濃度コントローラと、
を具備した粉末濃度調節装置。 - 前記濃度センサに、前記調節筒を横切るレーザ光を出射する投光部、及び前記レーザ光を受光してその光強度に応じた電圧を前記粉末濃度として出力する受光部を有したレーザセンサを用いるとともに、前記希釈ノズルを一対用いて、これら希釈ノズルを前記レーザ光の光路上に配置した請求項2に記載の粉末濃度調節装置。
