Abstract
【解決手段】開口2が備えられたプレート本体6が、U字状であり、ベース・ブリッジ部7と、これより突き出す2つの翼状部8とからなる。翼状部8に開口2が設けられる。これにより、開口2に差し込まれた骨ネジ3によってプレートを隣り合う2つの椎体4に確実に固定することができる。

Claims (13)
- 隣り合う椎骨の各椎体(4)をネジ止めするための骨ネジ(3)を挿通して受け入れる開口(2)が備えられたプレート本体(6)からなる、脊柱を固定するための脊椎前方固定プレートにおいて、
プレート本体(6)は、U字状をなし、ベース・ブリッジ部(7)と、これより突き出す2つの翼状部(8)とからなり、これら翼状部(8)に前記開口(2)が設けられたことを特徴とする脊椎前方固定プレート。 - 椎体(4)を向いた表面が、断面がアーチ形である凹陥部をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- ベース・ブリッジ部(7)には、楕円状ないし長円状の長穴(9)と、円形状の丸穴(10)とが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- ベース・ブリッジ部(7)と翼状部(8)とが別体に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- ベース・ブリッジ部(7)には、翼状部(8)を係止する係止部(11)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 一つの係止部(11)が長穴(9)に割り当てられたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 長穴(9)には、その長手方向に延びる係止レール部(12)が設けられ、翼状部(8)に設けられた係止ツメ(13)と組み合わされて係止作用を行うことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 各翼状部(8)に2つの開口(2)が割り当てられたことを特徴とする請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 2つの翼状部(8)の間を架け渡すように、これら翼状部(8)に取り付けられる補助プレート(14)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 翼状部(8)に、補助プレート(14)を差し込むための受け入れ部(16)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 補助プレート(14)に通し孔(15)が設けられ、該通し孔(15)は、補助プレート(14)が前記受け入れ部(16)に差し込まれた際に、前記開口(2)に位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 前記開口(2)が、椎骨の側にて、球面状その他の凹レンズ面状の凹陥部をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 請求項12に記載の脊椎前方固定プレートと、複数の骨ネジ(3)との組み合わせであって、複数の骨ネジ(3)は、ネジ頭が球面状またはその他の凸レンズ面状の凸状湾曲面を有する形態のものと、ネジ頭がつば状の張り出し部を有する形態のものとからなることを特徴とする、骨ネジ付の脊椎前方固定プレート。
