Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施例に係る電界放出陰極装置は、陰極と、グリッドと、これらの間に設けられた隔離部と、前記陰極に電気的に連接された電界放出手段と、を含む。ここで、前記グリッドは、少なくとも一側の表面がこのグリッドに隣接された電界放出手段に対向するように構成されている。この電界放出陰極装置によれば、電界放出の閾値電圧を減少して放出電流の密度を高める。また、本発明の実施例として、前記陰極装置を利用する電界放出表示装置を提供する。

Claims (6)
- 陰極と、グリッドと、これらの間に設けられた隔離部と、前記陰極に電気的に連接された電界放出手段と、を含む電界放出陰極装置において、
前記グリッドは、少なくとも一側の表面がこのグリッドに隣接された電界放出手段に対向するように構成されていることを特徴とする電界放出陰極装置。 - 前記電界放出手段は、前記隔離部の表面に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電界放出陰極装置。
- 前記隔離部は、前記電界放出手段に対応する領域に、前記陰極に電気的に接続された導電部が設置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電界放出陰極装置。
- 前記グリッドは帯状に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電界放出陰極装置。
- 前記陰極及び前記グリッドは、互いに垂直で帯状に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電界放出陰極装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電界放出陰極装置と、陽極と、を含み、
前記電界放出陰極装置は、陰極と、グリッドと、これらの間に設けられた隔離部と、前記陰極に電気的に連接された電界放出手段と、を含み、
