Abstract
【解決手段】 入力回転部材(第1入力軸)14が、ハウジング12に設けられた第1ケース部12a(第1の支持部)と伝達部材(第2入力軸)18の端部とによって回転可能に支持され、その伝達部材(第2入力軸)18が、ハウジング12に設けられた支持壁(第3の支持部)96とハウジング12に設けられた支持壁(第4の支持部)98とによって回転可能に支持されていることから、第1ケース部12aと伝達部材18の端部、支持壁96と支持壁98とが用いられることにより、最小数の支持壁或いはベアリング数によって入力回転部材14および伝達部材18の支持精度や軸心精度が得られるとともに、入力回転部材14の一端は支持壁を用いないで伝達部材18の端部により支持されることから軸方向寸法が小型となる。

Claims (9)
- 駆動力源からの動力が入力される第1入力軸と、該第1入力軸に入力された駆動力源の動力を第1電動機および第2入力軸へ分配する差動機構とを備え、該第2入力軸は該第1入力軸に続いて第1軸心上に配置された車両用駆動装置であって、
前記第1入力軸が、ハウジングに設けられた第1の支持部と前記第2入力軸の端部とによって回転可能に支持され、
前記第2入力軸が、該ハウジングに設けられた第3の支持部とハウジングに設けられた第4の支持部とによって回転可能に支持されたことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第2入力軸は、その外周面にスプライン嵌合されて前記差動機構の要素を支持するフランジ状の支持部材とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第2入力軸は、前記第2電動機のロータを支持して該ロータと一体的に回転するものであり、
該第2電動機のロータは、前記第3の支持部と前記第4の支持部とにより回転可能に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第1電動機のロータは、前記第1の支持部と前記第2の支持部とにより回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第2入力軸の前記第1入力軸を支持する側とは反対側の端部に、カウンタドライブギヤが嵌合されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかの車両用駆動装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記軸心方向に分割されて互いに組み合わせられる蓋状の第1ケース部、筒状の第2ケース部、筒状の第3ケース部を備えたものであり、
前記ハウジングに設けられた第1の支持部は、前記第1ケース部に一体に形成された支持壁であり、
前記ハウジングに設けられた第3の支持部は、前記第3ケース部の前記駆動力源側の端部に固定された支持壁であり、
前記ハウジングに設けられた第4の支持部は、前記第3ケース部の前記駆動力源側とは反対側の端部に形成された支持壁であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかの車両用駆動装置。 - 前記ハウジングに設けられた第2の支持部は、前記第2ケース部に一体に形成された支持壁であることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれかの車両用駆動装置。
- 前記差動機構は、前記第1入力軸の外周に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかの車両用駆動装置。
- 前記差動機構の差動を制限するための差動制限装置を含み、該差動制限装置は前記第1入力軸の外周に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8の車両用駆動装置。
