Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 一層の放射線感光材料層と、増幅装置と、一つまたはそれ以上の信号収集器とを備えた電磁放射線検出器であって、前記増幅装置はダイノード材および電気絶縁体の複数の交互積層を含み、各ダイノード層は露出した二次電子放出材を有し、各積層は、前記積層を貫通して延びる複数の電子増倍管のチャネルを形成すべく、隣接層のアパーチャと整列する複数のアパーチャを有し、前記増幅装置は各ダイノード層に予め定められた電圧電位を印加するための各ダイノード層への電源接続を含み、電磁放射線の検出の前記放射線感光材料からの信号が一つまたはそれ以上の信号収集器によって収集される前に一つまたはそれ以上の電子増幅器チャネルで増幅されるように、一つまたはそれ以上の前記信号収集器を前記電子増倍管チャネルの前記放射線感光材料とは反対側の端に配置するように構成された電磁放射線検出器。
- 複数の信号収集器を有し、各信号収集器が一つまたはそれ以上の電子増倍管チャネルに関連付けられる、請求項1に記載の検出器。
- 各ダイノード層のアパーチャの壁が前記一つまたはそれ以上の信号収集器に向かって細くなる、請求項1ないし2のいずれか一項に記載の検出器。
- 前記一つまたはそれ以上の信号収集器は、前記電子増倍管チャネルの端に配置された基板上に装着された一つまたはそれ以上のアノードである、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の検出器。
- 複数の個別にアドレス指定可能なアノードを含み、前記検出器は、前記アノードの各々から位置特定的画像データを受け取るために、前記アノードの各々と連絡する画像データリンクをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の検出器。
- 前記一つまたはそれ以上の信号収集器は蛍光体を含み、前記電子増倍管チャネルからの入射電子に応答して発光する、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の検出器。
- 前記増幅装置は、少なくとも1m2延在する上部活性表面を有する電子増倍管チャネルの連続モノリシック配列から構成される、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の検出器。
- 前記増幅装置の前記上部活性表面が非平面状である、請求項7に記載の検出器。
- 一層のX線放射線感光材料層と、増幅装置と、画像処理装置とを備えたX線撮像装置であって、前記増幅装置はダイノード材および電気絶縁体の複数の交互積層を含み、各ダイノード層は露出した二次電子放出材を有し、各積層は、前記積層を貫通して延びる複数の電子増倍管のチャネルを形成すべく、隣接層のアパーチャと整列する複数のアパーチャを有し、前記増幅装置は、各ダイノード層に予め定められた電圧電位を印加するための各ダイノード層への電源接続と、前記電子増倍管チャネルの端に配置された複数のアノードとを含み、各アノードは一つまたはそれ以上のチャネルに関連付けられ、かつ前記撮像装置に入射したX線放射の二次元画像を生成するために位置感応画像データを前記画像処理装置に供給するための画像データリンクを有するように構成されたX線撮像装置。
- 1mm当たり少なくとも50画素の画像解像度を有する、請求項9に記載のX線撮像装置。
- 前記増幅装置は、少なくとも1m2延在する上部活性表面を有する電子増倍管チャネルの連続モノリシック配列から構成される、請求項9または10のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像装置。
- 前記増幅装置の前記上部活性表面は非平面状である、請求項9ないし11のいずれか一項に記載のX線撮像装置。
- 請求項9ないし12のいずれか一項二記載のX線撮像装置を組み込んだ患者用ベッド。
- 前記X線撮像装置は前記ベッドの固定位置にあり、前記患者用ベッドの実効長全体に実質的に延在する、請求項13に記載の患者用ベッド
- 前記ベッドの長手方向の側辺がベッド面から上方に延び、かつ前記X線撮像装置の一部分を含み、それによってベッド上の患者の三次元X線画像を生成することができる、請求項9ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の患者用ベッド。
- 一層の蛍光体材料層と、増幅装置と、複数の電界放出チップと、駆動装置とを備えたディスプレイであって、前記増幅装置はダイノード材および電気絶縁体の複数の交互積層を含み、各ダイノード層は露出した二次電子放出材を有し、各積層は、前記積層を貫通して延びる複数の電子増倍管チャネルを形成すべく、隣接層のアパーチャと整列する複数のアパーチャを有し、前記増幅装置は各ダイノード層に予め定められた電圧電位を印加するための各ダイノード層への電源接続を含み、前記駆動装置の制御下で前記電界放出チップによって放出された電子は、前記蛍光体材料の層に二次元画像が形成されるように、前記蛍光体材料の層に入射される前に、前記増幅装置によって増倍されるように構成されたディスプレイ。
- 最小限1m2のタイルサイズを有する、請求項16に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記蛍光体材料の層は異なる色の蛍光体材料の複数の条片を含み、各蛍光体条片は一つまたはそれ以上の電子増倍管チャネルと整列する、請求項16または17に記載のディスプレイ。
- 請求項16に記載のディスプレイを含むヘッドマウントディスプレイ。
- 前記増幅装置を貫通して延び、光の通過を可能にするスルーホールをさらに含む、請求項19に記載のヘッドマウントディスプレイ。
