Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 供給ガス中に含まれる金属カルボニルから金属が、非金属材料上に層状付着するのに十分な温度で、前記非金属材料上に層状付着する犠牲非金属材料を含む吸着器。
- 前記犠牲非金属材料がグラファイトを含む請求項1に記載の吸着器。
- 前記供給ガスが、ガス化プラントからの合成ガスを含む請求項2に記載の吸着器。
- 前記金属が前記非金属材料上に層状付着する前記温度が150℃から200℃の間の範囲にある請求項2に記載の吸着器。
- 前記金属がニッケルであり、前記温度が150℃から170℃の間である請求項4に記載の吸着器。
- 前記金属が鉄であり、前記温度が180℃から200℃の間である請求項4に記載の吸着器。
- 前記犠牲非金属材料が第1セクションおよび第2セクションに含まれ、前記第1セクションにおいて前記金属が前記温度で層状付着し、前記第2セクションにおいて第2温度で第2金属カルボニルから第2金属が層状付着する請求項2に記載の吸着器。
- 前記金属がニッケルであり、前記温度が150℃から170℃の間であり、前記第2金属が鉄であり、前記第2温度が180℃から200℃の間である請求項7に記載の吸着器。
- 一体化されたガス化複合サイクルプラントの少なくとも1つの構成要素にさらに連結されている請求項1に記載の吸着器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの構成要素が、発電機に連結されたガスタービンを含む請求項9に記載の吸着器。
- 前記供給ガスが熱交換器またはガスタービン供給ガス予熱装置のアルミニウム含有表面により加熱される請求項10に記載のプラント。
- 前記供給ガスの少なくとも一部が、石油コークス、ビスブレーカボトム、アスファルテン、および減圧残油からなる群から選択される材料のガス化により生成する請求項1に記載の吸着器。
- 前記供給ガスがガスタービンへの供給の流れ、合成ユニットへの供給の流れ、あるいは、圧力スイング吸着ユニットへの供給の流れである請求項1に記載の吸着器。
- 前記金属カルボニルが、ニッケルカルボニル、鉄カルボニル、およびコバルトカルボニルからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載の吸着器。
- 第2の、請求項1に記載の吸着器にさらに連結され、前記吸着器および前記第2吸着器が直列で運転される請求項1に記載の吸着器。
- 金属カルボニルを含む供給ガスを供用すること;および
前記供給ガスを、吸着器において、犠牲非金属材料に、前記金属カルボニルから金属を前記犠牲非金属材料上に層状付着させるのに十分な温度で接触させること
を含む、供給ガス中の金属カルボニル濃度を低下させる方法。 - 前記供給ガスの少なくとも一部が、石油コークス、ビスブレーカボトム、アスファルテン、および減圧残油からなる群から選択される材料のガス化により生成する合成ガスである請求項16に記載の吸着器。
- 前記犠牲非金属材料がグラファイトを含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記金属カルボニルが、ニッケルカルボニル、鉄カルボニル、およびコバルトカルボニルからなる群から選択される請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記金属が前記非金属材料上に層状付着する前記温度が150℃から200℃の間の範囲にある請求項14に記載の方法。
